DELIVERY/SET UP ONLY. This well built Fifth wheel, is made with quality in mind. Inside you will find a luxurious type feel as you sit by the fire (yes there’s a fireplace). This unit is equipped with 2 AC/heaters, one being in the master suite which keeps the temperature just right! Located at the back of the RV there is a 2 bunk bunkhouse with the top bunk rated at 300lbs and the bottom bunk at 600lbs for the kiddos! There is an outside ice maker along with 2 burner stove and fridge that make up the outdoor kitchen. This RV has everything you could possibly want. Please message me with any questions you might have. RV comes fully stocked with pots, pans, bowls, cups, toiletries, outdoor chairs, linens and games. Don’t worry about setting your camp up, we will do it for you!! ***Cost for hook-up is $140(with setup) so the trailer is ready to be used right after drop off for local deliveries. ***We include mileage up to 20 miles from Paso Robles. Anything over the 20 miles and there will be an additional fee. This will be included in the reservation quote. No climbing on the roof or anywhere on the exterior of the RV. Absolutely NO smoking inside the RV or around it. Smoking in the RV will result in forfeiture of entire security deposit. Renter is responsible for all damages caused. Minimum rental age is 25. We are flexible on the pick up time when we don't have the RV booked out, so plan on having the RV ready to be picked up by 10:00 a.m. unless we confirm with you that there is no booking for the date of your return, in which case, we can agree to a different return time. Although we don't expect you to leave the trailer immaculate, and we know camping comes with some level of dust and dirt, but if you leave the RV unreasonably dirty (e.g., piles of dirt, trash everywhere), we will charge an additional $95hr to have it cleaned. Basic cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, coffee pot, etc. supplied with trailer are included for your enjoyment. All items in the RV upon pick-up MUST be returned with the RV. Any equipment missing WILL result in charges to your reservation. SUBSTITUTION We reserve the right to alter reservations of units in the event of scheduling conflicts, repairs/maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. A comparable substitution will be made whenever possible. We reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations without notice or liability should the unit become unavailable for any reason. When comparable accommodations are not available, Due to scheduling, maintenance and availability, actual RV may change.
