With 7 gorgeous bedrooms, 4.5 extravagant bathrooms, game room, spacious living room, outdoor kid-zone, workstation, balcony, and much more, there is something for everyone! Ten minutes away from the warm sandy beaches of Hollywood, Florida, allow you choose if you would want to take advantage of the Florida sun with the crashing waves as your sound track or enjoy the seclusion and privacy of this beautiful home! We know you will enjoy your stay.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ POOL & BACKYARD USAGE ★
Outdoor pool slide and play equipment are used at the guest's risk! Children must always be supervised.
★ MAINTENANCE SERVICES★
Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to the home/pool area. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services. There is no daily cleaning service.
★ QUIET HOURS ★
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighborhood code compliance

Other Things to Note:
Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
