Such a great spot nestled between the amazing restaurant and neighborhood of alys and rosemary beach. We came in the winter and spent two days exploring the area, biking, and hanging out in the beach (only 5-10 min walk max!). Monica was kind enough to help us get rescheduled when our first date didnt work. We are so grateful!

My wife and I wanted a quick weekend get away without our 4 kids and this was a perfect stay! Host made everything simple! Location was perfect walking distance from Rosemary Beach town center and easy walk to the beach. We had a great 2 nights stay and would do it again if we get the chance!

This vrbo was exactly as pictured! Plenty of towels, there is a cooler for you to use at the beach, a nice table and couch. The bed is huge and comfortable. The location is very central and makes everything walkable. I would highly recommend Monica’s place!

I took my 2 teen daughters for a few days The place was perfectly located , very clean , and good size for what we needed. The only thing was that it was warm, like the air wouldn’t work. There were a few fans available so we managed

This was a great spot to stay. We liked the access to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The shuttle was helpful and friendly. The pools were very nice too. I would return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The use of space in the unit was awesome and it had just about everything we needed for a quick and relaxing getaway. The biggest perk of this property is by far the location! It is within walking distance of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and dozens of restaurants and shops. The beach access through the gated community was so easy and nice. It was a short walk which was convenient as was the tram service for when we had things to carry. Communication with our host was also very consistent and she was very kind and accommodating.

We loved this property! It was so nice being right there with all the restaurants and shops. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors tv one night and we could hear the group above us but that won’t keep us from staying here again. It was the perfect place for me and my husband!

This was our second time staying in the complex. We loved this unit! The full size fridge was great to have. The pools were perfect for our young kids after a day at the beach. We love the pizza restaurants & listening to the live music at night. Will definitely stay in this unit again

Perfect sized studio for a small family! Great location - steps away from Rosemary Beach and minutes away from Alys Beach and Seaside. Loved the options of restaurants and shopping. Complimentary shuttle to and from beach entrance makes it very convenient! Communication with the owner was very accessible! Would stay here again And recommend to family and friends!

We could not have been happier with choosing this property for our first time to this area. My daughter and I came for 5 days and absolute loved the location. You can bike to restaurants, shopping. Tram is convenient and efficiently run. Peddlers pavilion was such a nice chill place to return after a beach day or dinner. The property has everything we needed and is clean and spacious. Property manager was timely helpful and gave alot of good tips i.e. get the chair rentals ! You won’t be disappointed you did even though pricey. My daughter and I had such a good time that she wants to plan her best friends bachelorette weekend here. We will definitely be returning. Side note - if coming from long distance like we did - PCB airport is so much easy and convenient. I highly recommend trying to land there if at all possible. Also If you rent a car - then this doesn’t matter that much but getting Ubers to local destinations can be a bit challenging but we were lucky and just patient on timing.

The unit is decorated beautifully, and the bed is very comfortable. Great location, convenient to restaurants and the beach. I must give a shout-out to Monica because she was fantastic to work with! She's so sweet, very responsive, and made us feel as if she would address any problem we had, but of course, we had no problems at all! Will definitely stay here again.

The place has everything you need for a stay around here. The bed was comfortable and great to sleep in. The restaurants downstairs are great and a walk to the downtown or beach are very quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Perfect central location for Rosemary Beach. Unit overlooks peddlers pavilion where they have live music most evenings and you can hear it from the unit, but never bothered us. Also many food options. Just down the stairs. The unit itself is very spacious and decorated nicely. And Monica was a gracious host.

I am so glad I found this property and was able to book it. Andy and Sherry were kind, friendly, and thoughtful, making our stay extremely pleasant. They texted me the access code so check-in was seamless. They curated a list of great local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and events happening in the area for the weekend we were in town, which was super helpful as we are not familiar with Raleigh. They even left us a box of snacks in the living room to munch on during our stay. The Nespresso machine was a huge hit! We loved making a cup of coffee each morning. The bed was large enough for two people to sleep comfortably. You could probably put a smaller person on the couch in the living room too. Everything was nice, neat, and clean. It was completely private and mostly quiet, with the exception of some minor noise from upstairs. Located in a cute neighborhood that was only about 15 minutes from the heart of Raleigh. All in all, I give it a resounding 10/10!

My husband and I came for a little baby moon and the was the perfect spot. Walking distance to Rosemary, Alys and the beach! The condo was clean and Monica was a dream host when it came to communicating before, during and after the trip. We’re already planning a trip back for once the baby arrives. Cannot recommend more!
