*HotTub* 5min from TAMPA Beautiful home in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Perfect place for an enjoyable stay while visiting the surrounding Tampa Bay Areas. Great central location to make your temporary residence while in the city. Minutes from Tampa Premium Outlet, Busch Gardens, USF campus, Downtown Tampa, Wesley Chapel Lagoon, Football Stadium, and many more. Includes Wi-Fi and free parking, 3 car maximum in driveway. No smoking inside of home. A huge animal lover but no pets. No parties allowed!

The house had all the requirements for a short stay. Kitchen could use more silverware, dishes and bowls. Coffee pot would be nice, otherwise it was perfect. Kids loved the pool and makes for good family time

It was a great location, great size home. Some upgrades needs and things need attention. Property manager was very quick to response. Few things they can work on. grass was not cut when we arrived. AC had issues, pool needed cleaned and trash bins were already full when we arrived. There were very few towels, toilet paper. Overall it was a great home just need to pay closer attention to those details.

House was clean and comfortable. The backyard was the best - pool, hot tub and cabana with TV. We spent most of our time in the backyard enjoying all it had to offer. Owner was very accessible and accommodating.

Everything about the stay was top notch. Back yard set up is fantastic. The host were very responsive and respectful. Definitely will stay there again.

We loved this place! Our family of 5 was super comfortable and the host even left a pack and play for our 2 year old to sleep in. Any questions we had were answered quickly and the host was very helpful! Thanks for a great stay!

The owners were very responsive to assist with details and have tried to update the entire interior of the home. It could use some additional accessory furnishings and kitchen equipment but it served our needs quite nicely.

Perfect place to meet up with my daughters young family and have some downtime by the pool. We were in town for a wedding and this was central to beaches, Busch Gardens and the wedding weekend festivities.
A great neighborhood to walk the sidewalks and an added bonus was the quick walk to cows and horses. I would stay here again! Hosts were very responsive and timely!

The house was nice, the kitchen was very nice. It appears that some food was left behind from the last guest and it attracted bugs. The house could have been cleaner. The back yard was a amazing as the pictures, we had a great time sitting around the fire.

The house itself is fine, home owner responded quickly. The backyard and pool were nice. However, the inside of the house was very dirty, kitchen, bathrooms, rugs, flooring, all needed to be cleaned. Dishwasher had dirty dishes, perishable food left in the kitchen. Garbage can for street pickup almost full. Would not recommend.

This home is well set up for families. We enjoyed the backyard and the location was very convenient. The owners were accommodating and pleasant to deal with! Tropical storm Nicole did not deter our enjoyment of this place!

My time at this property for my family and I was excellent. The host communication and response time well meet my expectations. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Th pool was extremely cold but didn’t stop us from swimming. Would definitely book again.

Lutz Getaway
Convenient central location from airport, USF, and other attractions. Cozy updated house perfect for our group of 5 people. The pool, outdoor seating area with TV, and the fire pit was very enjoyable! We are planning to return to this house next year!!

The inside of the house is clean and comfortable and wasn't bad, but be aware that the renovation done to it was mainly cosmetic and the pictures are a little deceptive. There are many areas with damaged sheetrock that was not repaired, but simply painted over. There are also no places to hang clothes in any of the closets, making them useless.
The exterior of the house is in very poor condition, the grass had not been mowed in weeks and the first impression seeing the house is bad. The neighborhood isn't great, with neighboring houses also in disrepair. There was a tremendous amount of trash(cigarette packs, dirty socks, cigarette butts, empty water bottles) in the back yard, especially around the grill. The pool had not been cleaned in quite a while prior to our arrival, so it was filled with leaves, grass, dirt and debris. The decking around the pool is cracked, uneven, and also in need of repair.
The owners will also watch you with cameras when you are outside, so be aware. We know this because one of our local guests mistakenly brought a dog with them and we got a message and a bill first thing the next morning. (We didn't have a problem with the fee as we know the house has a no pets policy and it shouldn't have happened, but it was pretty creepy to know that they were watching us.)
We've rented many homes in many areas of the country for years and this was a house that we were most disappointed in compared to the pictures in the listing, especially for the price.

I have a newborn and I could not have her inhaling Raid. The host did provide me with a partial refund which I offered just praying for a refund at all in these circumstances but I would have expected them to just give me a full refund for the troubles and inconvenience because i fid make them aware of everything and why we were not staying. The house has potential but needs a lot more upgrades and routine pest control. I do not have roaches in my own home so I wouldnt dare vacation with them.

Picture Perfect
This Lutz home was perfect for my family’s long weekend stay. The house was spacious with most household amenities, the pool kept us entertained for hours each day, and the location was convenient to everything Hillsborough County had to offer. The hosts were so accommodating and replied quickly to each message. Looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful property and owners!
This home is definitely a home away from home! Everything was clean and all essential were accessible! We were able to do early check in which was awesome considering we drove 7 hours. We had a hiccup, however the owners quickly showed up to correct the issue!!! Overall the experience was AWESOME and we will definitely return! Thanks -The Duncan's
