This 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Family Friendly Hill Country designer home is sure to make your stay ultimate in luxury perfectly memorable! You'll enjoy a gourmet kitchen, wood burning fireplace, open concept and patio doors to stunning back terrace and creek. You will enjoy great views, soft south Texas breezes, incredible wrapped around porch, & a beautiful additional casita with 2B & 1B. Lounge on the outdoor patio and watch the private planes fly over!

The Space:
Gorgeous Views with large home + casita on private 6 acre ranch. Managed by Heavenly Hosts

The full house sleeps a total of 15 guests.
Main house sleeps 12: 6 beds (1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 3 kings and 1 full), 2.5 bath
Guesthouse sleeps 3: 2 beds (1 king and 1 twin), 1 bath / total: 8 beds and 3.5 baths

*NO USE OF INDOOR FIRE PLACE IS ALLOWED* Main house is a wood burning fireplace and Guest house is an electric fireplace.

We loved it! Lots of room to spread out. Was really clean and well stocked. We saw a lot of deer. The stream was neat to walk to while drinking your morning coffee. The porch swing was a favorite spot. The only thing we thought odd was the bedroom that looks as if it was previously a mud room did not have curtains on door leading to outside. It has a huge glass insert. We solved the issue with towels as the person sleeping in that room felt uncomfortable with it. All the bedrooms had comfortable bedding.

The house was perfect for our family. Clean, well stocked. We enjoyed our visit. We would have appreciated having an 11am check out but we were out by 10 as was explicitly requested. Otherwise we had a great time.

Stay away from Heavenly Host properties. The first house we reserved ( Scimitar Landing Compound) had a broken well pump, so we didn’t have access to water for over half our stay. They moved us to Diamond Y Ranch the next night and upon arrival we discovered both main and guest house were infested with wasps. Multiple wasp colonies of 10+ inside the house…. We found some wasp killer, but there’s an opening somewhere within the house so they kept coming in. Very uncomfortable and unsafe stay. On top of that, there was no cell phone service (which is listed on the property info) but the wifi they provide has one service bar and kicks you off of it. So the wifi was just as bad as having no service. This was our first time renting with this host and Vrbo. Never again. They offered a partial refund for both nights which totaled a 25% refund in relation to what we paid and refused to go any higher than that. Very unprofessional, terrible customer service, and awful property management.

There were 12 of us that stayed at the home for my 40th birthday and this place could not have been more perfect! Beautiful setting, right on the river with plenty of outdoor seating and the added bonus of a hot tub and fire pit. The main house and adjoining guest house Were the perfect size for our large group. Everyone had enough space and we were really able to relax. The home itself was fully stocked, beautifully designed, and full of neat little touches I would 1000% recommend this rental in fact, we are already looking at dates to book a family getaway. The management answered all of my questions and we’re so helpful!

The property was great! Lots of room. Clean. Great outdoor space. The lack of an extra bathroom made it slightly challenging. One more bathroom and it would have been perfect. We made it work though.
