if returning to Fredericksburg we would stay here again.

This was my second stay at this property, the previous being several years ago, it hasn’t changed, location very good, staff pleasant and rooms clean and comfortable.

We were in an executive suite at the front of the building, which, while being very nice has an unfortunate problem. The air-con was like sleeping next to a tractor, to turn it off and open the window allowed the surprising amount of night-time traffic noise from the nearby main road to keep me awake instead. This was more of a minor inconvenience but I’m guessing that a room at the back of the property would be quieter if the air-con was to be turned off.

We were pleasantly supposed with how nice the place was.

Location was great. We were just a block and a half from downtown. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Well appointed, comfortable and convenient!

The building, grounds and location were excellent. Ample room to sit outside with a beverage. We spotted deer near the creek. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We walked to the shops and restaurants nearby and felt safe doing so even late at night.

There was nothing unsatisfactory. Next time, I would ask if a creek facing room was available because it's really pretty.

Staff very friendly and informative. Excellent outdoor seating and grounds. Great breakfast with a number of hot choices. Location is very close to main street with shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was great. Dining area is very spacious and clean.

Need different selections of sleep pillows. They were all the same and too hard for me. Need a variety (soft, very soft, medium, hard, very hard, etc) Other than that, the bed was very comfy and room temp great!

Good overall, but could have been better for the price paid.

The customer service was very good. The close proximity to Main Street was great.

Bathroom shower drain clogged. Not enough towels provided. Furniture stained.

Well-run hotel in great location right on Baron's Creek and in walking distance to Main Street

Nice building with pool and gardens right by the creek. Walking distance to Main Street, yet not too noisy. Good breakfast with proper cutlery and plates instead of plastic. Nice and helpful staff. Rooms are all suites. Plenty of free parking. Nice lobby.

The blankets were flimsy and need upgrading. A/C is noisy and not very effective.

First time to come to Fredericksburg. Glad we stayed at the Inn.

We liked having a suite. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. No complaints at all.

Wonderful place to stay. Please visit the creek and enjoy the view.

I loved EVERYTHING, from the moment I parked my car. The parking lot was clean. When I opened the door, the foyer was so inviting.

There is nothing i didn't like. I will stay here again.

Motel has very friendly & responsive staff. Rooms are quite large. Property is spacious & beautifully maintained and includes a pool & full-service spa. Hot breakfast is offered everyday. Main St/290 is a quick walk making the stay very convenient.

Our room seemed damp. No matter how cool we set the AC, it always felt humid.

Great location and friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room could use a refresh decor wise but very clean and comfortable. Great overnight. My husband enjoyed the breakfast! I slept in :).

Close to town.

Breakfast was not being supervised by your staff all days we were there. Ran out of some breakfast foods by 9;00-9;15 everyday. Waffles, gravy , eggs example. Staff was hanging out in back kitchen area playing on phones. Air conditioning was turned completely off during the day. I am not talking about adjusting thermostat-completely off. Room was over 90 degrees when we returned around 2;45 in the afternoon. Took forever to cool the room off.

Great dt location, comfortable beds, pool, hot tub outside with spa on property.

Complimentary hot breakfast bar is always a great touch. Scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, cereal, juices, fruit, coffee and waffles available and tasting great.

Fredericksburg is pricey due to its popularity, thus the room rates.

We had a great time at this hotel. Great room, staff was very nice and super helpful. I loved being able to sit out back an watch deer run up and down the creek. Great location right by main street. They had a full breakfast in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book here again!

We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend the hotel and Fredericksburg to family and friends.

The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to most places and then we could drive as needed.

The view of the creek was pretty, and the little vending room downstairs with food items and wine to purchase was handy. It rained all day being able to buy wine there was a plus. Friendly staff. Good location.

I liked how they had a little store on site. Also the all day coffee with lots of flavored cream packages were a nice touch.

The wifi in my room was not reliable and frustrating. The cell service in the entire city is average too so I struggled a bit. My Booking.com reservation was lost upon arrival. The room is gloomy. The air conditioner is loud. There's a musty, chemical cleaning agent smell in the room that never really goes away. I honestly was expecting better overall with their high review rankings.
