Misleading

Location

Atttic apartment is way too small for a family of 4. It's located under the roof and only 3 meters wide. Bed are uncomfortable. Pictures are misleading as there are no terrasse and virtually no sea view (you need to pull you head out of the window to get a glimpse) K wouldn't not come back

Great family with teenie and dog stay

Amazing location, uncomplicated check in, pets allowed and friendly support. A great and perfect stay at the coast of Porto

The shower could be a bit better but this is really small detail… for people with mobility issues or heavy luggage of course the the two stage of high stairs is an issue but at the end it’s completely worthy!

Repetiría por la localización,el encanto y la limpieza pero los detalles de atención son mejorables.

La ubicación fue excelente. La decoración y la limpieza estaban muy bien. Encontramos todo tipo de accesorios y menaje para poder disfrutar de una cena de grupo

La distribución no se correspondía con las fotografías publicadas. Buscábamos alojamiento para tres parejas adultas y la zona con dos camas es más para niños que para adultos, los techos son bajos y las camas pequeñas para adultos altos. No pudimos entrar directamente porque los códigos de entrada no funcionaban y tuvimos que recoger las llaves de un lugar escondido y había descoordinación entre el personal. Deben decir más claramente que ese espacio compartido se compone de dos estancias separadas y unidas por un patio común. buscábamos un solo alojamiento, pero mereció la pena

Lovely clean and smart apartment with helpful hosts. No private outdoor space.

Location excellent. Very helpful and friendly with early check in and late checkout to fit with transfer times. Transfers arranged by hosts. Prompt and good communication with hosts to arrange all this. Clean and tidy, well appointed.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable on one side. The advertisement pictures show an outdoor terrace however the flat we stayed in had no access to private outdoor space as it opened up straight onto the street at the front of the building.

Nice apartment, little natural light

The location of the place is superb, few minutes walk from the beach, close to cafes and restaurants. The apartment is in the old but completely renovated building, and renovation was stylish and of the good quality. The apartment has everything you might need for your stay, including the washing machine. Good quality furniture, nice and stylish.

The main room's windows are facing the street and therefore have to be always closed with curtains, The window in the bedroom faces the wall. So there is very little natural light in the apartment and no access to the terrace (which I mistakenly assumed based on the info about the house and the pictures on Booking.com). Staying there for more that 1 night wasn't pleasant, as it felt like being in the cave.

Sofas are not very comfortable to sit on as they are sofa beds, cushions slid off the base easily

Superb

The flat had all the appliances you can think of. Very well decorated and everything was working fine. It was very clean and the staff supported you all the way via WhatsApp. There is no key, just a code to get in, so you don't need to carry the keys around.

Due to the location on the ground floor, it was not possible to open the windows/doors otherwise you would be on the sidewalk.

ONLY THE LOCATION

POOR FACILITY IN THE APPARTMENT NOT AT ALL COMFORTABLE. THE BED METRUSS WAS LUMPY. ROOM WAS VERY SMALL HARD TO MOVE NO BEDSIDE TABLE. IN GENERAL POOR FACILITY I SHALL NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE

Beautiful apartment, great location, but very loud bangs and ants present.

The apartment is beautiful and very modern. The cleaners came halfway through our stay. Check-in is remote and instead of a key, you have a mobile app. There is Netflix on the TV and the kitchen has all the equipment you could possibly need!

I repeatedly found ants in my bed, clothes, and pillow cases. The apartment makes excessively loud bangs at night like the floorboards don't match up and crack over each other. The AC machine would switch off and on. Hot water in the shower is only available for 3-4 minutes at a time.

My most uncomfortable stay ever

Close to the beach (popular and crowded). Plenty of fish restaurants in the area

A loud construction site next door. Loud parties by the windows. An access to the building/apartment is too complicated/not intuitive, not properly described in the manual. The electronic system failed a few times so that I could not get into apartment for a while. The security deposit of 200 euro; the owners/managers forgot to take it on arrival and pursued me later on distracting from work. It felt uncomfortable and insecure. The apartment itself is clean and has everything needed albeit somewhat dark and dull. There's no feeling that a guest is welcome. There's feeling that the guest is a pure source of money. Well, it's a big company which rents out 80 apartments but this business is called hospitality, isn't it? I moved here from the other place when the guest was cherished and everything was done with care - the contrast was huge. Do not recommend this company, did not feel well in this dull noisy expensive apt
