no heat upon arrival. house in the 20s, it was 0 out. place was filthy. mold throughout showers, wet towels still in drier, floors filth/buildup, not vacuumed, not salted (friend fell). was told I can use fireplace (esp w no heat) and then was called and screamed at for doing so. could not relocate due to active fire in cabin that we were told to start for heat. Vacasa has done about nothing to remedy this, and the local agents laughed at me when I complained about the heat, told me they had a bed in someone’s house I could sleep on. this house is a huge safety hazard, and should not be rented on any platform . I have all the pictures should you wish to see them. was told after arriving that outdoors was “off limits” because the owner does not have a company to clear snow. Vacasa did not accommodate for the loss of heat and amenities
