About this house rental
Step into this marvelous 3-bedroom + 5-bathroom beachfront home in Hollywood Beach! This spacious home offers 2 levels of living space. Enter the home through a little private courtyard area on the left. The bottom level features a living room with a built-in bar area, sliding doors, and a patio with beach access. A full bath and bedroom (1) equipped with two full-size beds are located at the end of the hall.
The modern spiral staircase leads up to the second floor which includes an open-concept living/dining area. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and a bar which includes a wine fridge. In addition to the master bedroom king bed (2) and bathroom and bedroom (3) with one queen bed.
The home has a 2-car garage with a washer/dryer, bathroom, and a driveway for parking.
Guests do not have access to the rooftop deck at this time.
This location also includes a 5th bathroom located on the exterior conveniently near the patio and the beach!

My family really enjoyed staying here. We loved walking into the main living room and seeing that gorgeous view of the ocean and being steps away from the beach. The space was definitely big enough to accommodate our large family and check-in and check-out were easy. We were missing some amenities (like washcloths and a dish sponge) and communication wasn't the strongest on the weekend (the robot I was texting with wasn't able to answer certain questions). But overall, we were satisfied with this rental.

This house is just beautiful. The view from the second floor, which is the main gathering space, is to die for. The kitchen is very well stocked and huge. The only downside ( which we knew about when we read the reviews) is lugging all the ice chests and bags of food up stairs and no decking outside. Otherwise 10/10 for sure

We’ve stayed at this house in the past and it was much nicer and more well stocked, cozier. The sheets were ripped and the towels cheap, old. The furniture is not cozy, outdoor furniture indoors. We rent yearly from Remax and will continue to every Summer, as their service and selection of homes is always great!! I HIGHLY recommend using them to book your rental!! They’re attentive, very accommodating and I love that they’re local.

THE HOUSE WAS WONDERFUL IT HAD JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR COOKWARE AND DISHES, WE PICKED UP A TRAY TO MAKE CUPCAKES AND LEFT IT THERE FOR THE NEXT TRIP OUT (<3 the small cupcakes) THEY EVEN HAD PAPER TOWELS AND TISSUE, THE KITCHEN IS UPSTAIRS WHICH KIND OF SUCKED FOR HAULING IN THE GROCERIES AND EVERYTHING WHEN WE ARRIVED BUT IT WAS ALRIGHT OVERALL, THE BEACH WAS IN FRONT OF YOU WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR TO ENJOY A FEW DAYS OF FALL BREAK WITH OUR GRANDS WHO LOVED IT! WE HAVE 3 ONLY TWO WERE COMING BUT LAST MINUTE WE GOT OUR 15 YEAR OLD AND EVEN HE HAD A GREAT TIME. THERE REALLY IS 5 BATHROOMS AND YOU USE THEM ALL AS THEY ARE SO CONVENIENTLY PLACED, BEDS WERE COMPFY LAUNDRY WORKED FINE SHOPPING CLOSE LOTS OF FOOD PLACES CLOSE BY AND ALL THE NEIGHBORS WERE JUST GOOD PEOPLE!! THANK GOD BECAUSE WE HAVE DOGS THAT WERE NOSY AT TIMES, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE FOR A NICE GET AWAY TO ANYONE WITH MY CRITERIA <3 JUST DOING LIFE, AT GODSPEED!

I loved this place. Beautiful view and well stocked with cooking supplies and the bathrooms with toiletries shampoo. They only thing I did not care for was the beds they were very hard and the first floors bathroom and the floors were very dirty. I went to wipe up some coffee that spilled and the napkin was black from the dirt. But with that said I would highly recommend this place.

This house has the most beautiful view. The kitchen was very high end, surpassed my expectations. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The host responded quickly and was friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing beach house. Had everything you could want except games to play with family and couldn't get the coffee maker to work. Tiny difficulty with the kitchen/dining area being upstairs as my son is handicapped, but we knew that going in. Great neighborhood. Clean, felt safe, quiet, beautiful views. Felt like a private beach although we were there when the weather was colder and during the week, so I'm not sure what it's like on the weekends. I would stay here again!

Family enjoyed this well stocked beachfront home! Beautifully located view home on expansive stretch of beach. Close walk to the marina, farmers mkt, coffee and restaurants. We like to cook and the kitchen is well appointed. Fun family home and visit!

I was very pleased with the rental property. The exterior is a bit underwhelming, but the interior living room and kitchen were beautiful. The bedrooms and bath were nice, clean and comfortable. However, the rental agreement was quite extensive. If I had seen all of their restrictions, before I booked the property, I may not have proceeded. I have rented many vacation properties, and have not run in to these issues before.The limit on daytime guests was 50% of total occupancy which was (3)! There clearly was sleeping available for more than (6), but if you had more you could be evicted and forfeit the $1000 deposit. The departure time was 10:00 a.m. sharp. You would be charged $25 every hour beyond that AND forfeit the $1000 deposit. It has now been 17 days since our departure of the property and I’m still waiting for my $1000 security deposit back. When I contacted ReMax, I was told it could take up to 21 days. So we’ll see?

Our family had a great stay at the Big Blue Beauty right on the sand of Hollywood Beach. Slept five very comfortably. Location is perfect and the view from the second floor balcony is just beautiful. My aunt’s dying wish was to rent a beach house where she could listen to and watch the waves crashing on the shore. Well the big blue beauty was perfect for this. The view was magnificent. Now the not so positive. The TV in the main living area did not work. The TV would turn on but there was no cable subscription so we could not watch the news or NFL football. The house was advertised as 3 bedroom and 5 baths but really had only 3 baths. There was a 4th bath in the garage but not convenient to use. No idea where the missing 5th bath was. We couldn’t find it. But really who needs 5 baths?The bed in the 2nd bedroom on the 2nd level (the cheetah room) was horrible. It squeaks every time someone sits on it, rolls over, or gets out of bed. The home overall did not have the kitchenware for a house with a rental at this price. The house sleeps 6 but does not have 6 water glasses. While there were 6 juice glasses there were not 6 larger drinking glasses. The pans were spread throughout the cabinets and were cheap and flimsy. We couldn’t cook fried eggs without it becoming scrambled eggs due to the poor quality of pans. We had chili one night and had to buy a cook pot to use as there were only small sauce pans. The house has a spiral staircase that is not pictured. My aunt was in a wheelchair so it was difficult getting her up to the main floor. The home description does mention this but a picture would have been nice. A picture is worth a thousand words, right?

The Big Blue Beauty is a perfect location. You couldn't ask for a better layout of the house. We had a few issues with it. There was construction in the house next door which was noisy. I did call about the noise and I was refunded 10% by the owner. The microwave vent was going on and off all night. The doors to the balcony didn't lock and made it hard to relax Knowing it wasn't locked. The Blinder was broken. We ended our trip and had to strip the sheets off the beds we used I was rather disgusted with the pillows and the mattresses. they were dirty and stained. Also, there were 5 remote controls to the TV but no direction. Not that we wanted to watch TV but it would have been nice to see the news.

The house was very clean/comfortable, and the view was stunning! There is nothing better than waking up in the morning and walking out to a wall to wall view of the ocean while making coffee/breakfast. And the sunset were incredible too.
