El personal es muy amable , nos ayudó mucho en todo el chico de recepción tanto él como la chica , volvería sin duda calidad precio todo correcto recomendable y es cerca de los zocos

Había solo dos toallas para 3 días y dos personas lo demás todo bien.

Agradecida con los dias pasados alli 💝

Los anfitriones los mejores 🥰 fue como estar en casa. Las instalaciones tal como lo describe, las habitaciones igual. Lugar muy tranquilo, amplio y limpio para alojarte y bien cuidados por los anfitriones que estaban siempre cuidando la entrada y casa! Sí muy acogedor a Kalima la Recepcionista una persona estupenda siempre nos ha ayudado y preparado El desayuno muy rico , todos dispuestos ayudar siempre.

Amazing stay, very helpful and kind staff

The staff was great. They helped us a lot - we have learnt that we had to have our Ryanair tickets printed for the flight next morning and the receptor did everything possible to help us. Thank you! The location is a bit out of the city center, but if you have a rented car or if you don't, we would definitely recommend this place! We got stuck in the traffic in city center a couple of times so staying here saved us quite some time for departure to the airport. We would come back for sure!

Good service and caring personal

I spent two weeks at the Riad the best experience ever. I really appreciate the service the room. A kind and freindly personal is what I appreciate most especialy when your stay a couple of weeks. Its was very nice to be able to make my own food and use the kitchen when it was needed. I appreciate that. Since I dont like to eat outside every days. A feeling of home you definitly made me feel home. I would like to send my regards to Karima who is such an amazing person thank you for your care you are doing great work. You absolutly the top personal who always meet us with a smile and always offers here help. I wish you the best. Thank you for Ibrahim who is always theire to help when its needed. You have made my stay at the hotel amazing. I will.see.you soon again. Keep on the good work. Greedings from Sweden Asmaa

Tres mal dormi je languissais de partir

Dans les couloirs ca sentait le pipi de chat Pas d eau chaude pas de chauffage alors que dehors il faisait 10 degres et pas propre . J ai pousse un meuble et des bourres dessous

Definitely worth the money.

A staff are very kind and accommodating. I liked comfortable bed, hot water in the private bathroom, quiet location, air conditioning and really well working wi-fi.

A closet in the room isnt in the best condition.

Un bon moment avec ma tante à Marrakech!

Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute, possibilité de se faire à manger dans la cuisine commune et j'ai bien aimé la terrasse avec son petit salon

Relativement bruyant et petit problème d'eau chaude disponible qu'en fin de journée (eau chaude solaire)

Be wary

The arranged taxi arrived to collect us from the airport. Good breakfast.

We paid for a room with 3 single beds. We were given a room with one double bed and a sofa. It took a lot of back and forth that we could have done without to get some bedding for the sofa. Having just arrived on a flight from the UK with our five year old and it being the evening, we just wanted to sleep. The bedding was insufficient so we were cold. The double was a small double so not really enough space for two. The made up sofa did not have a pillow. There was an internal window between our room and the common area which was not covered and let a lot of light in even when the main light in that room was not on. No hot water in the shower. I wasn't expecting four star luxury, I was expecting the room I paid for, a good sleep and a hot shower. We got none of these things.

Staff was great, facility should be improved.

The staff was great and helpful.

The blanket contained some hairs, I was able to get a new one from the staff. The images don't reflect the reality. We had room number 5 which has an old and dusty wardrobe.

The stay was both cost-effective and incredibly enjoyable.

I had to extend my stay for a further 3 days, the hosts were very accommodating and i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. They also showed me places for a decent breakfast and communicated on my behalf. I will definitely be returning at some point in the near future.

La educación del personal

Las almohadas. No había agua caliente porque, según el recepcionista, usan energía solar. Eso está bien, plan calentamiento global, etc. Pero pagar 15 euros para no ducharte es otra historia. El chico era educado y amable, pero nada más! Una estafa en toda regla.

Al ladito de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna, baño compartido limpio, personal amable. Es la segunda vez que reservo cuando voy a Marrakech.

Habitaciones con sábanas usadas y lavabo con pelos y cacas.

Nada.

Llegamos mi pareja y yo del Monte toubkal para relajarnos y continuar nuestro viaje. Cuando llegamos parecía que no sabían nada de nuestra reserva, en seguida nos dijo que nos iba a preparar una habitación, en 5 minutos estaba lista y me la mostró, pero le dije que esa no era la habitación que habíamos reservado, dijo que ningún problema, que me preparaba la nuestra. Le pedí que antes de prepararla sí podía mostrarla, para verificar si realmente era la que habíamos pagado. Me la enseñó y vi que estaba llena de cosas suyas. Le dije que nos esperamos a que la preparara. Al cabo de 15 minutos la habitación ya estaba lista, me pareció muy raro, ya que una habitación tan grande no te da tiempo de limpiarla en 15'. Total, nos instalamos y cuando fui al wc estaba lleno de pelos y meados, le pedí por favor que me limpiara el baño, limpió el suelo y cuando salió le dije que había pelos, tiró la cadena y me dijo que ya estaba, entonces le dije que por favor me diera productos de limpieza que ya lo haría yo. Al rato, cuando fui a mirar la cama por nuestra sorpresa también estaba usada, no habían cambiado las sabanas, estaba llena de pelos... entonces ya perdí mi paciencia y fui a decirle un poco enfadada que no habían cambiado las sábanas, a eso que me dijo que podían ofrecerme otra habitación, todas las que me mostró tenían la cama hecha, pero con pelos... horrible...al final después de discutir me dijo que me harían la cama, por lo visto yo era un poco exagerada a su parecer... yo quería que me devolvieran el dinero, pero ellos no querían y mi pareja estaba superagotada de las horas de coche y la caminata. Total, aceptamos quedarnos con unas sábanas "limpias". Nunca nos pidieron perdón, ni nos ofrecieron nada para compensar... Un desastre total.
