Prima huisjes maar teleurstellende gastvrijheid

In dit park verbleven tijdens het defqon weekend. De huisjes zijn van goede kwaliteit met airco.

Tijdens het defqon weekend word er 220 euro per persoon(!!) gevraagd voor een shuttlebus naar het festival (15 min rijden). Er word aangegeven dat Q dance deze prijzen bepaald, maar dat is een leugen. De slagboom van het park gaat om 23:00 dicht, ook tijdens het defqon weekend en dat terwijl het festival ook tot 23:00 duurt. Moesten dus nog een eind lopen naar het huisje na een lange dag feesten. Het huisje werd niet schoon opgeleverd, vaatwasser zat nog vol en de vaat was half schoon. Medewerkers groeten je aardig bij weg gaan en bedanken je voor je komst, maar daarna word er nog wel 100 euro borg ingehouden(via een latere mail) omdat er te laat is uitgechecked(30 a 40 min) en de vaatwasser ook bij onze uitcheck vol is achter gelaten. Meld dat dan bij uitchecken.

Fijn en relaxed verblijf. Erg genoten

Ruime huiskamer en keuken en grote tuin erbij wat heel leuk was

Heel erg heet in het huisje en werd ook niet kouder (soms wel 35 graden). Ook in een van de slaapkamers een gevaarlijke punt van het nachtkastje waar je in je slaap makkelijk je hoofd zou kunnen stoten.

Our Lovely stay...

The Setup of the mini houses are lovely. The "boat dock".. Easy to follow instructions

Probably should have insect nets on the windows since no AC so WIndows need to be opened. Rooms a bit too small.

Toller Ferienpark. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Dekor, die hübschen und hochwertigen Möbel. Tolle Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten im Park. Wunderschön gestaltete und recht gut gepflegte Außenanlage, auch die Stege an den Häusern. Das Essen im Restaurant ist nicht sehr gut, aber sehr freundliches Personal.

Keine Ablagefläche in Bad und Toilette, ein weiterer Handtuchhaken hätte auch nicht geschadet. Nicht ganz sauber, gerade so, dass man sich nicht extra beschweren möchte. Fenster teils zu hoch konstruiert, schwer zu öffnen. Check-out bis 11:00 statt 10:00 Uhr wäre schön.

Not our best stay

The houses are new and they are located near water. There are different designs of houses. Something broke and the maintenance crew was there very fast to fix it.

Our house was looking at a building site with lots of noise. Your next door neighbor is close by and because there is no vegetation between the houses there is no privacy. The kitchen is well equipped but there is no space for groceries to store.

No worth the money

Nature is very nice, we have 2 bedrooms house, interior is well decorated.

If you don’t pay for bed linens and towels you will not have it. I notice this after I made my booking. Bed was small( I guess 80cm) not enough for tall person. On terraces was all over garbage and animals poop, I notice that poop was on other terraces also. I think if you want to charge 250 e for night you need to give also classic service not only give room for sleep. I travel a lot but to be honest I never see something like this. I write this to reception desk but with no answer. You cannot work in hospitality if you are waiting that guest will clean animal poop and will use own towels from home. Charging 10e for person for towels/laundry with 250e night fee is incorrect, you can shame for this bad hospitality.

A beautiful and peaceful retreat near Kampen.

The villa was smart, even if compact. It was well furnished and equipped - to a good standard. Everything was like new. The property was clean on arrival and smelt fresh. Lovely views. The site was also quiet. Excellent value for money. We’d love to stay again and wish we could have stayed longer.

It would be handy to have a fan in the bedrooms - as whilst the aircon is effective at cooling down the living area, it didn’t really reach the bedrooms.

Nice, quiet place , very good for family

Hotel charged for towels, what is incredible and that is not stated in reservation. In room they don't provide soap and shampoo. Outside stink hard from geese pooping. :) Bike reservation is not working. Made reservation for bikes , when I come next day to take, they told me they are not available for kid. Ridicules .

Pleasant

Nice looking house a few km from Kampen; camping and surrounding look great. I like its decoration and atmosphere. Price is quite good compared to other choices. Every house has front grass and a dock to the river.

Beds are terribly uncomfortable, they are small(80cm) and too soft. Weather depending experience. I've being a few times there. Best period is dry winter or chill spring. During wind, house is really noisy (metallic ventilation plates); during summer too hot and too many mosquitos (no window nets to avoid this). Own car-bike is mandatory. Impossible to go by public transport.

amazing resort with a very poor management

The property was clean, will furnish with excellent excellent kitchen, ware, and cutlery

Was very difficult to reach to the address because of the street work, the receptionist does not explain all the facility, and the option we have surrounding the resort. I try to extend my stay, but no one from the reservation, nor the reception with assist me to do so . there was no towel or toilet paper or so in any of the bathroom

I could not wait to finally leave this place.

peace and silence around

- a lot of spiders and spidersweb everywhere especially after our arrival, they were even in our beds, one night my boyfriend woke up with a bite at his hand! -NO CUPBOARD TO PUT OUR STUFF IN, WE HAD TO PUT OUR THINGS IN SUITCASES AND ON SPARE BEDS what is unbelievable even for one night stay, we had spare beds instead of ANY wardrobe… - terribly designed and construcred bathroom, the only place with annoying automatic light and the door working heavily without possibility to fully close it, very uncomfortable and intimidating - NO LAUNDRY AT OBJECT AND NEARBY, reception sent us 20km away to other park just to make washing up!!! - a lot of dust at window shutters and in general cutlery was not really clean after our arrival - very bad access to the park, the construction works are misleading, many couriers refused to bring us orders beacause of hard access to the park, they could not even find the address! - reception was not very helpful and professional, every time they tried to fix our problems by passing us phone numbers or offering us upgrades to bigger houses for remaining days for around €800, even though at the time of reservation the price difference was around 50 euro for the full time of our stay

Not best option, but had to stay

Clean house. Spacious. Kitchen appliances. Quiet.

A lot bugs. Umbrella at outside was broken and we couldn't use it. Very hot inside, no cold air conditioner. Our chalet was not in good location, as sun was burning the living room all day long. No activity in facilities, therefore, it gets boring.
