La ubicacion está muy cerca de la Universidad.

Habitacion fria. La cama un total desastre: colchon de muy baja calidad, colcha nordica insuficiente para el frio que hace en la habitacion, y el somier de varillas de madera roto.

Bathroom very small, bed too small for two people. Towels were not changed in 6 days.

Unclean room! Cobwebs in the corner! 5 -6 spiders! Unclean bathroom ! Hair’s in the shower! Unclean cutlery ! No iron or ironing board! Definitely over priced

The surrounding area was not too clean (rubbish dumped in the streets) and the laundry area had flooded, and no one sorted it. Had to do laundry outside of property.

How would I rate 100 Dale Road? Survivable.

The location was excellent--very convenient to the university.

There was a lot of noise from the street outside and the guests upstairs. Since I was on the street level, with lots of pedestrian traffic, I never felt comfortable enough to open the shades. The bed was uncomfortable and the amenities sparse. When I saw how little toilet paper there was, I asked the hosts if I could have more, and they said they'd leave some for me, but they never did. The three days that followed were interesting.

Rather predictably crappy, but it was all about location.

Location, if you are visiting someone poorly at the QE, and you need a gaff to wander in and out of to get a quick shower, or have a kip - its ideal, between 5-10 minutes walk, thats all. On street parking was available, though I did not use it.

The traffic noise was pretty bad. You are next to a hospital so you get sirens all night too, duh... entirely predictable. What was annoying was the property's own burglar alarm beeping all day and all night, downright stupid. The TV had no ethernet cable, no satellite cable - so if you don't know the wifi code you cannot get anything on it. Wifi code I eventually found on a really helpful card placed on a high shelf which I didn't find till the last day. No replies from owners on any of these points, so I gave up. Great big stain on carpet, grotty really. However if all you're worried about is your old mum in hospital none of these things really matter. Great location. Shower worked fine, apart from gap in doors soaking the bathroom floor.

location was excellent as on public transport and due at the uni inside the room was spacious, bathroom a tight squeeze

No coffee in the room just tea side window did not shut properly lumpy mattress radiators were on full blast and took 8hrs for room to cool with window open

A clean apartment close to public transport

The accommodation was clean. It also provided everything we needed. Moreover the building was well-located and I a very safe part of the city. It is close to the busstop and the commonwealth arena. It was also a very safe part of Birmingham

At the end the communication was getting bad. I had to wait very long until I got an answer. In the beginning the communication was very good. So overall the communication was ok. But it could be better. Due to the high season and the Commonwealth Games the price was also very high

The convience of everything. It was in a great location where I found everything I needed. Communication with the owners was fantastic was well!

The toilet was a bit small but it was managable
