About this house rental

You won't find another rental like this immaculate, Sarasota waterfront home with a heated in-ground pool on the wide open bay. Located in the sought after Southside neighborhood, you are minutes to Big Pass and Marina Jack by boat, and minutes to Morton’s Gourmet Market and restaurants by car. Enjoy the 140' dock and built-in bench perfect for sunsets, sunbathing, or fishing. Inside the newly renovated 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom house you will find views of the bay from nearly every room. The living room (along with all three bedrooms) has a Samsung's The Frame television, a Sonos sound bar, and two Sonos Move speakers. There is also a custom bar equipped with stemware for entertaining. The kitchen has new quartz countertops, double Thermador refrigerators, an induction Thermador range, microwave, and Bosch dishwasher. The kitchen is also supplied with an Omega 900 juicer, toaster, and coffee maker. The serene living room has a wall of sliding glass doors overlooking a generous sunroom the width of the home, and is furnished for al fresco dining and with comfortable outdoor sofas. Next to the kitchen is a spacious dining room with seating for ten. The main bedroom overlooking the water has a king bed with a walk-in custom closet and en suite bathroom complete with a marble shower & Kohler double vanity. The guest bedroom, also overlooking the water, has a king bed. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds. The two guest bedrooms share a walk-in custom closet and bathroom with a large marble shower and double Kohler vanity. A few details are designer drapes complimented with woven roman shades, and luxury bedding, duvets, pillows, and towels . The laundry area is equipped with a LG large capacity washer & dryer. The home's perfectly situated location is between bridges to Siesta Key, Downtown Sarasota, St. Armands Circle, and Longboat Key. The neighborhood is great for walking to Southside Village for breakfast at the Serving Spoon, coffee at Perq, Southside Deli for breakfast or lunch, dinner at Pazzo (Italian), Libbys (American), Veronica's (Higher end Fish & Seafood), Pacific Rim (Thai-Japanese Fusion), Geckos (Pub), Figaro Bistro (French), and Morton's Gourmet Market. *The bedrooms are upstairs. If you have mobility challenges then this house is not a good fit. *Additional furniture has been added since the house was photographed. Approximately 6 miles to Sarasota/Bradenton Airport, 68 miles to Tampa International Airport, 50 miles to Boca Grande, 13 miles to IMG Academy This is a short term vacation rental and can rented weekly or monthly based on availability. Rental price varies depending on peak vs off peak.

We booked this property many many months ago to go with our family, to Sarasota Florida. It was only 10 days after Hurricane Ian passed thru the city, naturally we were afraid of what we would find. The city jumped into action, everything was open, with a great hustle bustle going on. This beautiful property, newly remodeled with all the latest of everything was in perfect shape to welcome us! This home is in a gorgeous, perfectly located neighborhood, with a setting of Sarasota Bay as you look out all windows. The pool was heated, and the long dock was a great place to take your morning coffee for sunrise, we even saw 2 manatee visiting right there! The owner even offered her golf cart so we could see the neighborhood open air. The home is beautifully decorated, and the grounds are gorgeous as well. The owner was always on hand to quickly answer any questions we had. It was a great experience, and it was truly hard to leave! We will definitely be back.
