Beachfront bliss can be found at this immaculate and modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom coastal cottage on Oak Island! It's been fully renovated with luxurious high-end finishes throughout and features panoramic ocean views from the living area, kitchen, and built-in dining space. One of the best parts is you'll be able to enjoy direct access to the sandy shore down your own private boardwalk — which has an outdoor shower to easily rinse off between beach visits. And, there's even an extra outside patio under the home with wooden flooring, a picnic table, rocking chars, and a second outdoor shower!

Between the ocean views and exquisite interior design, you'll immediately be blown away as soon as you walk through the front door! Its bright, airy, and the open floor plan takes full advantage of the view. The living area boasts a comfortable sectional sofa, extra chairs, and a large flatscreen TV. The massive kitchen island beautifully anchors the space that's highlighted with touches of deep-sea blue and gold accents. There are brand new stainless steel appliances, a built-in wine refrigerator, a microwave drawer, and literally everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. When you're ready for a bite to eat, the fantastic built-in dining space has a blend of regular and bench seating.

Down the hallway is where you'll find all 4 of the bedrooms, each blending modern coastal elegance and minimalist design together. Truly gorgeous spaces to relax, unwind, and recharge for everyone! Two of the four bedrooms feature king-size beds, making it the perfect place for multiple families, couples, and multi-generational groups. It gets even better — the third bedroom features 2 queen-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top / double on the bottom and a standalone twin.

Both bathrooms are only steps away from the bedrooms, and wow, no expense was spared in the renovations! The first bathroom has a deep blue double vanity and a massive walk-in shower. The second has a double vanity and a lavish tub/shower combination.

We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. This house is the perfect size for 4 adults and 4 kids. We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed every min. Very nice remodel. Great location. Beautiful view of the beach/ocean from kitchen and back deck. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay there again. Only negative thing I have to say about property is that the cleaning company is not spending enough time or effort to actually clean between tenants. The bathrooms were dirty upon arrival. And cigarette butts scattered around the under side of the house. I wish they would do a better job with the cleaning with how high the cleaning fees are. But overall, it did not ruin the trip and we will not hesitate to stay at this property again.

The views are gorgeous, the beach is beautiful, the house is nice & spacious, a few minor maintenance repairs need to be done throughout the house inside & outside, the road behind the house is 45mph which was a little concerning with small children but overall we had a great stay!

This was one of the best beach houses I've ever had the privileges of visiting. The well thought out design, solid construction, and beautiful touches all made us feel at home. We had four adults and seven children and we all felt the home was perfectly spacious - due to the thoughtful redesign. Thank you for a fantastic winter beach weekend. Our husband's rocked the marathon and we all had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay! The property had everything we needed. I had an issue with the dishwasher and within 20 minutes the nicest maintenance man showed up and fixed it. This was on a Saturday night during the holiday season so to say we were impressed is an understatement. Any expectations we had were exceeded! I can’t imagine a nicer, cozier place to stay in Oak Island!

On the beach with short walk to/from house/beach. Your basic beach house that has been recently renovated. I have been going to the Outer Banks and other NC beaches since 1972. These are the simple beach houses that we like since we do not like to overpay for monster estate houses. We vacation as a family by ourselves.
