Saleté et manque de respect

Rien du tout. Le séjour s'est tellement mal passé que nous avons préféré la seconde nuit ailleurs.

La chambre était très sale. Elle n'avait pas été nettoyée après le passage du dernier occupant. Il restait du savon et des cheveux dans la salle de bains, pas de serviette de rechange (on en avait une et c'était celle de l'ancien occupant), poubelle pas changée.... L'aspirateur n'avait même pas été passé ! Nous sommes partis après la première nuit pour trouver un autre hôtel.

Bene ma non benissimo

Monolocale pulito, ampio e abbastanza attrezzato. Possibilità di parcheggio su strada. A 10 minuti di auto dal centro di San Sebastian

La doccia era vecchia, difficilissima da chiudere e non pulitissima. Bassa disponibilità di prodotti da bagno. La card magnetica che apre la porta si è smagnetizzata subito. Rapporto qualità prezzo non ottimale in assoluto

Gute Lage, leider keine schönen Zimmer.

Wir fanden die Lage gut - super Anbindung an den Bus, dieser ist sehr schnell in der Stadt oder am Strand. Großer Aufenthaltsraum im Keller mit Gym, Kicker auch Waschmaschinen, die sehr gut funktioniert haben.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber, viel Schmutz in den Ecken. Fenster zum Innenhof, dadurch sehr dunkel. Fenster hat sich nur kippen lassen, wenig Durchzug. Die Ausstattung der Küche was sehr schlecht und die Utensilien nicht richtig sauber. Die Zimmer laden nicht dazu ein, dort zu verweilen.

Solo lo básico!

la habitación es muy pequeña y cubre las necesidades básicas. La cama y las sábanas no son de buena calidad y tengo dudas sobre la limpieza. Intenté entrar a la habitación a las 11:59 y la llave de la puerta ya no funcionaba; lo habían bloqueado porque llegaron tarde al check out; Nunca he visto que esto suceda en ninguna parte. Consejo: paga un poco más y quédate en un lugar mejor.

Exceptionnel, je recommande

J'ai apprécié l'accès par carte à la résidence et le logement est très récent, bien équipé et bien entretenu. On peut facilement garer son véhicule et l'accueil a été très professionnel et agréable. Le plus, petite salle de sport et espace commun en bas si vous souhaitez vous entrainer ou passer un moment détente.

Magnífico espacio confortable. El bus 33 te lleva al centro en 20 minutos.

Espacio muy bien aprovechado, ordenado, funcional y limpio. Estancia silenciosa y confortable.

Podría tener alguna luz puntual en la mesilla para no depender de la general o de la de la encimera.

Comfortabele at a good price

A nice studio with cooking facilities and comfortable bed at a nice price. In a very neat student building. It's in a business area. But a bus will take you to the center.

Very convenient, especialy if you have a car as it is easy to find and park outside the main city.

Easy to park. Very clean rooms with good air conditioning. Taxi to the centre of San Sebastián took only 10 mins. Very helpful receptionist.

The matresses were rather hard. No soap or shower gel.

Very comfortable room with sufficient storage space, big bathroom. Very nice personnel.

Location, pretty far from the city center. Due to work in the building, there was some dust on flat surfaces, rooms are cleaned once each days.

If you want a clean, working room, choose another hotel

The lady at the reception was very nice and the following was not her fault! Actually she tried to solve the issue rather quickly. First room , the sink was broken. Next room, smelling like a dead body was in there for weeks 3rd room, next to the second one , also awful smell Finally 4th room was ok. Still been driving for 14 hours and all I expected was a clean room.Took almost 40 minutes to achieve this. Therefore can not recommend this place.

Clean facilites, no air-conditioning, toilet paper or kettle/tea/coffee facilities - bad experience.

The room was clean

No air-conditioning, though it was listed, no toilet paper, no tea/coffee facilities in room - Before I checked out, I found there were facilities in the building basement to get coffee from machine but guy who checked me in just gave me the key and gave no information/help when I asked if there's anything I should know. When I tried to turn on air-conditioner, I got an error message saying 'not allowed'. When I went to reception, there was nobody there. In the morning, girl at reception said there should have been a security guard at reception 24 hours.

Exceptional

Very clean and new. Fantastic kitchen and bathroom, lots of storage and there is a very stylish and comfortable bean bag in the room. Common areas are very clean and staff on reception 24 hours. Very quiet neighbourhood allowed for good sleep.

Although the bus stop is right outside, buses are slow and it takes at least 30 minutes to get to the city centre.

Pleasant

By car, we can reach the centre and the beaches of San Sebastien in 10 to 15 minutes which is quite convenient. The building itself is very well equipped such as charged laundry room, free gym, and vending machine.

1/ It should be indicated much clearer that the shown price equals ONLY 1 PERSON per room or let's say "per reservation". Means you need to book twice and pay twice for a couple. Although you can still stay together, they will give you 2 room cards, which aren't adjacent and for a couple it's really not necessary. It gives you a feeling that you pay a room for nothing. 2/ There aren't any personal care products such as shampoo, shower gel, soap, or towels. So need to prepare your own products and hair dryer as well, maybe the reception desk can offer that I didn't ask. 3/ Not a big issue, but the big gate for cars will close after 11 p.m, so need to park outside on the street if you find a place.
