At Casa Amigos, we try to remove as much of the hassle from traveling as possible. We can coordinate a car service to pick you up at the airport and take you back to the house. We take care of all the grocery shopping before you arrive so that everything is ready and waiting at the house when you get there. Imagine coming home after a long day of travel to an ice cold margarita with your favorite tequila, enjoying chips with fresh guacamole and salsa, and a beautiful sunset off the patio. That is exactly what we provide at Casa Amigos. To top it off, we have a Suburban to rent from the house ...hassle free and affordable. Not comfortable driving in Mexico? We can coordinate rides for you!
The home is very spacious and features seven bedrooms and six baths....five of which are king suites. It is a tri-level home with stairs. There is a private, state-of-the-art heated saltwater pool for your enjoyment and plenty of room to relax outside enjoying the weather and the view. The staff will work to make sure your stay at Casa Amigos goes off without a hitch. They will help out around the house and can serve you and your guests delicious meals Monday through Saturday, if you choose.
There are a variety of wonderful restaurants, markets, and fabulous beaches within a short drive if you feel like exploring. We have several Tommy Bahama backpack-style beach chairs and umbrellas that you can bring to and from the many beautiful beaches in the area or set them up and watch the surfers on the beach just below the house.
Bring the whole family! Casa Amigos is a great place for families. The house is equipped with two Pack n' Plays as well as 2 car seats, a high chair, and a table booster seat. Whether you want to enjoy the salt water pool, come to ride the epic waves, or relax and play with the kids on our private beach, Casa Amigos is a magical place.

We recommend each guest contribute $15 USD per day to the staff for gratuity, assuming they are highly satisfied with the services.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Our normal check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. More often than not, we are able to accommodate earlier arrivals and later departures, free of charge. Please ask right away so we can let you know. The staff's day off is usually Sunday, but if your flight comes in or departs then, we can make arrangements for them to take another day.
-Our lovely community of Punta del Burro is always looking to maintain our neighborhood as well as improve it. Please be advised that we donât always know when there might be construction projects going on.
-There are stairs down to our private beach
To simplify the experience, we have prepared a list of included, optional, and additional services offered by the staff. Please pay the staff directly for any additional services.

I stayed at Casa Amigos with thirteen friends and we had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and well maintained, with a charming pool, a wonderful garden and easy access to a majestic private beach. Nicer even than the pictures. The staff, and in particular Brayan, were very helpful and accommodating, helping us set up rides, meals out and activities for the group. We opted to have many of our meals served at the casa and the cooking was uniformly excellent - don't miss out! The whole group had a great time and were very pleased with the casa.

We just returned from our stay at casa amigos and it was truly amazing. The house and pool themselves are fantastic but what truly makes this place special is the staff. When we arrived, they had snacks and margaritas waiting for us. They were able to answer any and all questions we had about the property, the area, restaurants, etc. The breakfasts and dinners they cooked for us were excellent. My only regret is that we couldnât stay longer. We canât wait to return!

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving with extended family. The house was amazing and the staff wonderful. The house has an amazing view and very comfortable pool area. We loved spending time on the deck and by the pool. The beach was a very short walk away and absolutely beautiful. We were often the only ones on the beach. The house is big and had plenty of room for all of us. We ate many dinners prepared by the staff and all of them were delicious. We look forward to returning sometime very soon!

This was the perfect location for our family get together. The open concept living space made it easy to keep an eye on the children. The home was spotless and the daily cleaning staff were great. Laundry was picked up each morning and dropped off at the bedrooms mid day.
The pool was clean and warm and the shade provided allowed much needed relief from the sun.
I canât say enough about the staff. Each and every one of them go above and beyond to ensure guests are enjoying their vacation. Brayan and Dany cooked the most amazing dinners; we all enjoyed them immensely.
Absolutely everything about this house and staff was perfect.
A special shout out to Brayan who did special runs and groceries for our group. He was instrumental in making everything come together! Thank you all.

Celebrating our parents 50th anniversary with four families with children ranging 17 years to 16 months. Each of our four families had our own areas. Staff were exceptional. House is better than we expected from the pictures. Short walk to a beautiful quiet beach for bogey boarding. Meals were great by the staff and they made everything very easy for some of the families first visits to Mexico. We highly recommend and will be back.

Celebration and Bryan hooked us up with margaritas, transportation, food, yoga, surfboards and smiles & was available for all our needs and questions. There was plenty of room for all, the pool was perfect and I highly recommend. The beach access was easy, the house was magical and we hope to return again. We loved our stay at Casa Amigos.
We stayed a week in March with 12 family members ranging in age from 10 months old to 92 years old and we all had an amazing time.
The location was top notch with incredible views of humpback whales swimming by daily, a short walk to the nearly private pristine beach, guard gated security, and short drives to punta de mita and sayilita.
The house was beautifully decorated, well maintained, and cleaned daily. Wifi was fast, A/C worked great, a bottled water dispenser kept us from getting sick, and the big screen TV allowed us to watch March Madness.
The gardens were lovely, constantly groomed and had native birds and iguanas. The warmed salt water pool had lots of umbrellas, shaded lounge chair areas, pool toys and fresh towels.
Nicole the house manager answered all my questions in advance of the trip.
Ivan the concierge arranged for a whale watch/snorkel excursion from punta de mita, and massages at the house. Both were exceptional and affordably priced.
The staff was amazing. Helpful, skilled and personable. We opted for the pre-arrival groceries, breakfast and dinner daily and of course margaritas with snacks. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and served. Our granddaughter got special treatment on her birthday which included getting her hair braided, a âFrozenâ pool floatie and a chocolate cake with her name on it. Best of all, the adults never had to lift a finger and enjoyed a true vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Amigos! We had 4 adults and 5 teenagers on our visit and the house was tailor-made for our group. The house is beautiful and spacious and the view is breathtaking. We spent most of our time on the balcony overlooking the beach and lounging around the beautiful pool. In addition to a beautiful setting, the house staff was amazing! I highly recommend taking advantage of the extras like meals and grocery runs. The food was amazing and the refrigerator was always well stocked with our requests. Finally, if you have any surfers, we found that the surf break just down the private beach was by far the best in the area. We barely had any need or desire to leave the gated community except for a few great meals that we had in town or at Punta Mita.

We had the best time as a group staying at Casa Amigos. The staff were amazing and helped us with everything we could have ever needed. We were a group with adults, teenagers, toddlers and a 5 month old. Everyone had the best time and the home was gorgeous. We slept amazingly well as the beds were very comfortable. We saw probably 100 whales during our stay right in front of the house!

Our family (8 adults, 4 children) stayed 11 nights at Casa Amigos in November 2022 and absolutely loved our stay. The staff, Kenia, Evelyn (Danay), Brayan and Ivan made us feel at home and went above and beyond. They were kind, friendly and incredible chefs. I highly recommend Brayan's Margaritas!! It was a full service experience and we were so happy we signed up for the extras. Brayan especially stood out wearing multiple hats and ensuring everything was going well. On top of the staff and service, the house was wonderful. It's a beautiful large house with breathtaking views, the sunsets were extraordinary, the pool was enjoyed by all and it is just a short walk to the private beach. The car rentals helped us explore the surrounding areas and with Ivans help we had fun on a few organixed excursions. Mother/Daughter Senior Celebration
We rented the house to celebrate 6 recently graduated HS girls and their moms who have all been friends for over 10+ years. The staff was AMAZING!!! Ivan, Kenya and Guadalupe made us feel pampered, relaxed and comfortable. The friendliness and professionalism of everyone we dealt with during our rental experience made the trip even more stress free than expected. I canât recommend Casa Amigos enough!!!

Casa Amigos won't disappoint!
We had 10 in our group and opted to rent a sprinter van from the airport instead of using the Suburban. This was an expected extra cost and very comfortable. The staff welcomed us and showed us around the property. While settling in, the staff served us guacamole, chips, salsa and quesadillas which was delicious and an indication of cuisine to come! Throughout the week we enjoyed the property, pool, beach, hearing the birds and overall relaxing. The meals were excellent and service couldn't have been better. We all enjoyed our time at Casa Amigos and wish the new owners continued success and we look forward to our return trip in the future!

Enormous beachfront property
We had a wonderful and relaxing 4 days at Casa de Amigos. It was actually my second time at this property, the first being in 2020 before the pandemic, and had such a great time then that I brought new friends to the property again in 2022. Rosa and Gilberto took very good care of us and cooked us amazing breakfasts and dinners. A property we will keep coming back to.

What can we say say, Unbelievable! The house was fantastic, very comfortable for the 10 of us. For those that would even think of not having Rosa and Gilberto prepare meals would simply be missing out on a heavenly experience. BIG MISTAKE, BIG MISTAKE not to have them there!!! Beautiful and very large house
We really enjoyed our time at the house. It's large and so many bedrooms to choose from. Note that there is no A/C in the main part of the house and we went in July when it's terribly hot, so we spent a lot of time in the pool and in our bedrooms which have great a/c. I am sure this house is quite comfortable in cooler months. Rosa and Gilberto were great and Rosa's food is really delicious. The fact that the car was ours to use was SO convenient!!

The right way to stay in Punta de Mita
A beautiful home in an ideal location. The house is located in a gated community with a <5 minute walk to an empty reach where you can relax and watch surfers. The house is grand with multiple levels and rooms, plenty of space for the group to be together or relax separately. Having the SUV that comes with the house makes taking a day trip to Salyulita or restaurants around town easy! The best meals we had on the trip were cooked by the lovely Rosa and Gilberto. Service was top notch and I would definitely book this house again.

Wonderful get away
We decided to get away for some sun in beautiful Puerto Vallarta. The property was fantastic, this was a working vacation. We were a group of adults and worked remotely. Every morning we had a magnificent breakfast and worked remotely. The internet was excellent for conducting the work we needed. The views and the pool was so relaxing. We were treated with a magnificent dinner cooked by Rosa and Gilberto. We did not plan on using the car, but we ended up taking it out on a few local trips into PV and the wharf for a day of sailing with Ally Cats Tours. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back. Everything met our expectations, especially the internet!! The pool is fantastic and it is a quick 2 minute walk to an isolated beach. In Puerto Vallarta we ate at Oscar's and it was fantastic. I highly recommend all to go there, COVID has had an unfortunate economic disruption to the area, everywhere we went, we were thanked for our business. I felt very safe, all health recommendations were enforced everywhere we went. My recommendation after staying at the villa, is to just have Rosa decide on the meals, her cooking was amazing. She created some amazing meals.

Perfect family getaway
Great family vacation. We had 5 adults and 4 kidâs ages 7-14, between the pool, beach and trips to local towns you never get bored. Rosa and Gilberto do a great job with fresh prepared foods twice a day! It comes with a Suburban which I didnât think we would use but we drove around the area and into PV (about an hour) 4 different days. We will definitely return.

Our week at Casa Amigos was fabulous. With 3 generations of family (7 adults and 2 children ages 6 & 3) the home and location fit our needs perfectly. The meals prepared by Rosa and Gilberto were wonderful and enjoyed by all. It was easy to relax by the pool or walk the beach. The children had a great time with a good selection of pool toys. The vehicle allowed us all to travel about the area comfortably. Lots of great memories created!

Amazing Family Vacation
This is a very special home, and my family and I truly loved our stay at Casa de Amigos! The layout of the home is excellent for a large group. It has a very authentic feel, and a beautiful view in every direction. We were three generations- made up of seven adults and four kids (5-13years). There are large common areas, and many beautiful outdoor spaces to use if you just want some quiet time. We felt extremely safe, and loved walking around the gated community & beach below. Having the SUV was a great touch and made our group outings very easy.
The best part of our stay was Rosa & Gilberto. They made us feel very comfortable, and I already miss their sweet smiles. When we initially booked we werenât really interested in having anyone prepare meals for us, but Rosa is a phenomenal chef and we enjoyed her suggestions; every meal was incredible. We really only ate out once as a result!
Special surprises like whale watching off the deck, freshly squeezed orange juice made daily, incredible sunsets, and a giant PiĂąata for the kiddos were just a few of the things we loved about our stay.
From start to finish, the owner Jamie was responsive and accommodating. Our group had a great time, and this vacation will be a hard one to beat.

Totally Spoiled
This was a great place for a 3 generation family vacation. We loved not having to shop, cook and clean up. Rosa and Gilberto took such good care of us. Our meals were fabulous. With 5 kids along, it was so nice to eat at home and not go out all the time. The house was a perfect set up of bedrooms and baths. Jamie was great to stay in touch and check on us. Wonderful Memories
I am so pleased with everything about this rental. We were close enough to do different things and experience the Mexico culture. Having Rosa and Gilberto there to shop and cook for us made our trip a true vacation. They went over and above to see that we were comfortable. We had an amazing week long stay at Casa Amigos!! We were 3 families and two couples and we never once felt on top of each other. Was just so nice to hang out all together in a central location. The pool was an added bonus for the kids entertainment. I loved waking up every morning to come downstairs to freshly brewed coffee and Gilberto squeezing fresh OJ and slicing fruit. I can't wait to come back. Bring lots of Pesos for Rosa. She can also help you arrange for car service and excursions if needed.
The location was great, just up the street from the W Hotel, which was great for a girls spa day and date night. Also not far from Punta De Mita. On Sunday Rosa and Gilberto have the day off so we headed to Sayulita for the day, and into Punta de Mita for dinner at Restaurante Punta Mercedes, which was amazing and I highly suggest anyone staying here goes there for dinner.
Jamie was super easy to work with and answered all of my questions, which I felt like I had a million, since I've never rented a house outside of the states. The house is exactly as it is presented on VRBO, you definitely won't be disappointed. I actually feel extremely relaxed after spending a week with my kids at Casa Amigos.
