prettig verblijf gehad

Poetsvrouw erg vriendelijk. Regelde zo extra theedoek set en een schoon rooster voor de oven. leuke locatie zo aan het water. Altijd een plekje in de zon om te zitten. we hadden dan ook veel geluk met het weer. Huisje is snel verwarmd en ook snel warm water. Prettige douche. En de keuken bevat eigenlijk alles wat je nodig hebt

de uitleg die we digitaal hadden gekregen was voor zelf check in buiten de receptie tijden om. dat was niet geheel duidelijk. en zo waren er nog een paar dingen zoals de borg van het huisje en de parkeerkosten. Er staat parkeren hele dag 6 euro. maar blijkt als je van de parkeerplaats afrijden en er terug op rijdt op dezelfde dag je opnieuw 6 euro betaald

Insgesamt ein netter Kurzurlaub.

Die Häuser sind recht klein und mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet.

Unsere Unterkunft war leider nur oberflächlich sauber (staubige Kabel an der Deckenlampe, Finger-und Handabdrücke an Schrank-und Zimmerertüren, sowie Handrücken von Kindern mit Tomatensauce an einen der Vorhänge.) Wir waren nur 3 Nächte dort, sonst hätte ich darauf hinweisen.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend - ein wirklich schöner Ort!

Das Haus lag schön, die kleine Stadt ist etwas Besonderes. Das Haus beinhaltete alles, was man für wenige Tage brauchte. Der vorangegangene Kontakt war nett (per Mail über Booking)

Die Wegbeschreibung zum Haus war (trotz Fotos) unzureichend. Es gab viele Leute, die genau wie wir ihr Haus nicht fanden. Eine kurze Beschreibung hätte ausgereicht ("Sie finden Ihr Haus von Parkplatz 1 aus zum Weg, leicht links direkt über die Brücke.") Bei Regen und mit schwerem Gepäck war dies für uns als ältere Personen mit leichter Gehbehinderung kaum zu bewältigen. Gut, dass wir zumindest vorher alle Rezensionen gelesen hatten und somit wussten, dass der Weg über eine Brücke führt und man sein Gepäck irgendwie schleppen muss (wir hatten einen eigenen Gepäckwagen dabei, zum Glück). Die am Parkplatz etwas versteckt vorhandenen Gepäckwagen (die ebenfalls schwer zu händeln sind!!) waren alle besetzt. Für die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist eine Kreditkarte erforderlich (daher bildete sich davor ein Stau), auch etwas, was wir nicht wussten. Der Boden im Bad war sehr schmutzig, das W-Lan ging nur mir vielen Unterbrechungen, die Pumpe für Warmwasser bzw. Heizung machte Tag und Nacht störende Geräusche. Ein Wäscheständer (stand auf der Liste) war nicht zu finden. Die Heizung ist schwer zu bedienen, es gab strenge Hausregeln, immerhin diese auch auf Deutsch - z.B. solle man den (nicht vorhandenen!) Wäscheständer bei Abreise wieder ins Haus stellen.... Eine Kaution wurde nicht erhoben.

- Amazing location and view - Clean and modern chalet - Responsive and supportive staff, with quick response to change our chalet which had AC issue to other one - Early check in based on availability - The kitchen is with equipment - AC only in the living room, but they can give you fan based on its availability

Great retreat location for a family/couple wanting to experience Giethoorn outside the busy hours.

Modern property, well furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. Great location, and a good variety of services (eg: boat rental) associated to the property. The managers of the property communicated well and accommodated our requests to the best possible extent. Kitchen is also well stocked with cutlery and crockery. Nice outdoor sit-out area to have a cold beer in the evenings or a hot coffee in the morning. The boats available for rental are also very well maintained and reasonably priced.

The air conditioning power was a little weak, so for hot summer days it was difficult for the room to be cool quickly.

Don't come on summer season

The location , and it a chalet good for small family and the kitchen was great ,and it was clean

The a/c not working and temperature outside was 32c and they let me wait 1 day without it , and the a/c capacity is sooo low for the chalet size , even not enough for 1 room , no privacy , there was construction work next to the chalet

As an overall it was a good experience

The location was great and the Chinese lady was very kind, also the housekeepers were very nice and helpful.

One, the old Chinese man was very very rude. He should learn how to deal with visitors, not professionals at all. The second one is a recommendation, any thing you pay make sure you have a receipt for it. The old man don’t tell any ome that tou pay so some rime they will ask you to pay onec more ( no trust at all) Last one , half of the place it still under construction, so if you are sleeping in day time it will be very noisy.

The location is great, easy to reach with either car, bike, or on foot. Renting the whole place make it easy and convenient to arrange meals ourselves.

Excellent, clean, modern, well-equipped.

The chalet was very clean, well equipped, very new and fresh with a very well-kept area outside with grass and patio table & chairs. I speculatively requested a little surprise honeymoon present for the 2nd couple that was staying in the other room. The contact for Waterpark Giethoorn replied promptly informing that a surprise would be left, which was a bottle of wine and chocolates. There are a couple of 4-star hotels that we stayed in on our travels that didn't even bother to reply to my request, but Waterpark Giethoorn honoured the request amicably. Waterpark was also able to provide a boat hire at short notice for a very good price, available right outside our chalet.

The key lock-box system is not very secure because of the key-code numbers chosen. One only has to look at the number of an open box to be able to know the number of all other boxes (unless the tenant has randomised the numbers after opening the box, like I always did). I strongly recommend W.G. to change the key-codes to be randomised numbers.
