Join us at this private retreat filled with space, renovated to facilitate relaxing and entertaining. It is perfect for hosting up to 20. Our 5 bedroom / 3 Bathroom house features 8 beds: Located on the 1st floor, bedroom 1 features a King size bed & private bathroom and is right next to the kitchen. On the 2nd floor: BEDROOM 2: Guest Bedroom w/ 1 Queen size bed BEDROOM 3: Guest Bedroom w/ 1 Queen size bed BEDROOM 4: Guest Bedroom w/ 2 Queen size beds(1 air mattress option) BEDROOM 5: Guest Bedroom w/ 3 Queen size beds (1 air mattress option) There are two living rooms, a dinning room and a full kitchen accompanied by new appliances(stove, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator). The laundry room features 2 sets of washer and dryer. We offer high-speed internet- 1GB WiFi. TV tray stands in the living for additionally sitting arrangements. We use all white clean/crisp linens and towels, pillow covers and bed covers. Each room features a smart HDTV. The fenced-in backyard, outdoor seating area and a hint of nature for outdoor activities. Located less than 10 minutes from I-20 and less than 5 mins from downtown Douglasville, this house offers it all! Additional guest amenities include: self-check-in, self-check-out, dedicated parking space, workspace and outdoor patio entertainment space. **** Pet Friendly**** We welcome pets at a fee of $100 per pet. Additional fees are applied through the Airbnb resolution center once booked. Huge rooms and tons of space for our very diverse, multi-generational family group. Lots of room to spread out and have different activities and conversations. Everything was super-convenient. Nice to have a bedroom downstairs as well. Won't hesitate to stay again next time we're visiting!

This home was perfect for what we needed as a family to spend thanksgiving together it had all of the cooking utensils that we needed and enough room for our party of Ten to sleep comfortably! It was a nice quiet community and we felt very safe and everything we needed was about a ten minute drive very convenient I will definitely stay here again!!! Thanks for hosting us we enjoyed your home!!!

Great spot for large groups as advertised. We had a family reunion in town for a memorial and all got to stay together. Room for cars, room for hanging out, and plenty of rooms for sleeping. Host was very communicative, hospitable and kind. No problems and check in and out were very simple and easy.

The house is not bad...jus it could bn a lot cleaner. The towels and wash cloths were very limited and the backyard were terrible. The patio table wasn't clean and the patio as well. The grass need to b cut and it so much dirt and mud you cant enjoy the backyard. Consider that as much you get to host you could put a little money back in the house as well

My friends and I came up for the weekend to attend the GA Renaissance Festival. This place was perfect for us. A place to relax after a long day at the Festival, with plenty of yard space to play catch with my son in the evening.

We came to town with our 4 children, a friend, and my parents and adult sister. There were more than enough beds for everyone. We had plenty of space, the location was fabulous. Sem was attentive and fast with communication. We would absolutely stay again on a future visit. Thank you for everything!!!

Beautiful home. Nice neighborhood. Very clean house. Plenty of room for large groups. Having a great rental home really helps towards a great vacation.
