Nettes Zimmerausstattung

Es wurde ein größeres Zimmer gebucht, jedoch bin ich der Meinung das ich ein kleineres Zimmer bekommen habe, da ich alleine angereist bin. Da ich aber nur für eine Nacht war, war das vollkommen ok und ich habe mich auch nicht darüber beschwert.

The hotel was easy to find. There was free, gated parking on site. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety.

The rooms are small, but it was fine for an overnight stay. There could be an alternative milk offered, such as soy, almond or oatmilk.

Modernes Hotel; Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Moderne Zimmereinrichtung. Sehr gutes, frisches & reichhaltiges Frühstück! Parkplatz im Hotel-Hof kostenlos! Personal sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zimmer eher sehr kompakt, um nicht klein zu sagen. Heizung konnte ich nicht regeln - zu warm im Zimmer. Alternative: Fenster öffnen - dann ist es allerdings laut im Zimmer.

Zusammenfassend ganz okay.

Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und angenehm warm. Das Fenster konnte auch zum Lüften geöffnet werden. Beim Frühstück war auch eine große Auswahl. Es wurden die Plätze abgeräumt und auch für Nachschub am Buffet gesorgt. Beim Hotel ist ein Parkplatz dabei. Wir waren nur eine Nacht...es war alles in Ordnung. Hervorzuheben war die schöne Dekoration beim Empfang.

Leider haben wir bei der Ankunft bei der Rezeption trotz Ankündigung der Uhrzeit gewartet (wie auch in anderen Reviews schon gelesen). Habe sogar am Festnetz angerufen, jedoch hat nur das Telefon vor meiner Nase geläutet. Positiv anzumerken ist, dass sich die Dame an der Rezeption sich entschuldigt hat. Auch beim Checkout war wieder zu warten, wobei nicht so lange... Man darf nur keinen Stress haben... Was mir noch gefehlt hat...ich habe beim Check-in nach einer Parkplatz Empfehlung in der Stadt gefragt, daraufhin wurd ich auf Google verwiesen. Ich war etwas irritiert, da ich ja Insider Infos / einheimische Tipps bekommen wollte....

Very nice overnight stay with excellent beds and breakfast

We stayed just over night to skip the heavy traffic on the highway and this hotel was a great choice. Close to the highway, McDonalds and a gas station not far away. The breakfast is an important part of a hotel for me, and here it was among the best ones I have ever seen. Literally everything was offered, from vegetarian and no-lactose options, to everything else. The room was cosy, and the beds were absolutely excellent. If I could, I would sleep in them all day, unfortunately we had to get up at 7.

The only thing that bothered me a bit was that I could hear cars passing by at night even though windows were thick but I would book again nevertheless.

Grundsätzlich in Ordnung

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück bis 9:30 war sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Preise der Minibar nicht übertrieben.

Am zweiten Tag ( Sonntag) sind wir um 10:15 Frühstücken gegangen. Leider waren alle drei Teller für Wurst, Schinken, Speck und die Eierspeise und Wurst im Warmhaltebehälter bereits leer und wurden nicht mehr nachgefüllt! Das vorhandene Frühstück war gut, jedoch für drei Personen nicht die € 45.- wert!

Fantasično!

Boravak u hotelu NED u Grazu bilo je zaista pozitivno iskustvo. Veoma sam impresionirana njihovom uslugom, urednošću i izvanrednim doručkom. Po dolasku, dočekalo nas je ljubazno osoblje spremno da pomogne u svakom trenutku. Njihova ljubaznost i profesionalnost su učinili naš boravak veoma ugodnim. Soba u kojoj smo odsjeli bila je izuzetno čista i udobna, što je doprinijelo našem opuštanju nakon dugog dana obilaska grada. Uređenje hotela je moderno i prijatno, stvarajući toplu atmosferu za goste. Najimpresivniji dio našeg boravka bio je doručak. Ponuda je bila raznovrsna i ukusna, sa svjezim sastojcima koji su zadovoljili svačiji ukus. Sve u svemu, hotel NED u Grazu je savršen izbor za putnike koji traže udoban i gostoljubiv smeštaj. Toplo preporučujem ovaj hotel svima koji planiraju posjetu Grazu. Posebna pohvala za djevojke na recepciji i najudobniji krevet :)

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles frisch und auch vielfältig. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr schön modern ausgestattet

Das Zimmer war leider etwas klein, in der Dusche gab es keine duschtrennwände und dadurch wurde das ganze Bad nass

Wunderschönes und gemütliches Zimmer

Das Frühstück war wirklich super, sie hatten viele kleine Dinge wie zB Halloweensüßigkeiten oder so einfache Dinge wie Strohhalme. Dadurch hat man sich sehr wohl gefühlt, weil es so gewirkt hat als wäre das Buffet sehr bedacht ausgewählt worden mit einem kleinen Touch Heimeligkeit. Am Tag unser Ankunft, direkt an den Schranken vorbei haben wir auch direkt im Innenhof einen Parkplatz gefunden, was sehr vieles erleichtert hat.

Die Dame an der Rezeption hatte glaube ich einen langen Tag, da sie mehrmals vergessen hatte ob sie uns schon bestimmte Informationen wie die Frühstückszeiten und den Weg ins Zimmer schon erklärt hatte. Auf Nachfrage hat sie es uns dann knapp und desinteressiert gesagt. Wir hatten in der Früh noch Fragen zur Stadt, aber es war niemand für 10-15min an der Rezeption.. Dann wollten wir eine Stunde später auschecken, aber da war leider auch niemand während der 10-minütigen Wartezeit an der Rezeption. Unser Zimmer war der Straße zugewandt, was eventuell Probleme für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf darstellen könnte, da das Hotel neben der Hauptstraße liegt.

Wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich. Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis Top und jederzeit gerne wieder!

Personal am Frühstücks-Buffet könnte etwas mehr auf die Gäste zugehen und nach Wünschen fragen, und nicht grundlos auf den Boden schauen, während abgeräumt wird.

Good and comfortable overnight on the way back home.

Very good, clean and well maintained hotel, nice interior design, friendly staff - good for overnight stay. A/C was working perfectly, clean bathroom. The place is a bit distant from city center, no issue by itself but worth to remember.

Parking lot of the hotel is a little small, hard to get a place when arriving late and it is not very easy to find a place in the immediate area.

Very nice hotel, highly recommended!

Very nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. We booked 3 rooms for 8 people in total, one of the rooms did not meet our expectations and Olivera from the reception was very quick to support and find us a replacement room which very much exceeded our expectations! Great thank you for that. The rooms were very clean, nicely airconditioned in the hot Summer time, breakfast was delicious also with a friendly helping hand from the staff. It's not located in the city center but easy to get there by car. Really recommend this hotel and hope to stay there in the future.

Family owned and managed, excellent service, everybody was so helpful, they make you feel at home, customer satisfaction was all for them, I’ll give them a 100 out of a 100, the best hotel I have ever book!!
