The house was dimly lit, dated, and dirty. The pictures on the website are not current. There were fly strips full of dead flies, bathrooms were gross. I took pictures and sent them to the owner right away and there was no denying that the place was misrepresented on the website.

It was just like described, everything worked as it should.

Small trash all around, cigarette butts bottle caps etc felt like I could have got blamed for.

Facilities were good. We liked it as a family.

The physicality of the property is really good. What put us off was first we asked for a small extension to check out time which was denied albeit politely. What really tipped us over were some 4+ reminders to vacate the property on time. We felt like we were chased away in the end.
