Nestled at the top of a hill offering privacy, serenity, and outstanding views for the perfect mountain retreat. Sunset Villa at Bryce Resort offers a sprawling deck with a hot tub, indoor/outdoor fireplace that faces onto the deck and interior cathedral ceilings, firepit, projector/screen with surround sound, heated floors, and gym with a ping pong table. Less than a five-minute drive to Bryce Lodge, ski slopes, and Lake Laura. Mountain biking and hiking trails are plentiful and accessible.

Sunset Villa features comfortable, stylish gathering spaces throughout the property. Sip coffee and enjoy the Shenandoah Valley landscape on a large deck that boasts incredible mountain views. With plenty of seating, a 6-person couch faces the outdoor fireplace for cozy evening gatherings. An outdoor dining table with additional seating makes for an ideal entertainment area. Enjoy a BBQ with a brand new 4 burner grill. For s'mores, gather around the firepit located next to the deck and, if this isn’t enough, enjoy sunsets and stargazing from the hot tub!

Back indoors, the main living room area has multiple couches and armchairs ideal for relaxing in front of the fireplace. Tons of natural light and cathedral ceilings make for a spacious stay. Watch the game on the 65” TV that can be viewed from the living room, kitchen and dining room. The upstairs gym hosts a game room and commercial workout equipment. Get the heart rate going on the elliptical machine, pull up bar, or master your yoga poses in front of the wall of mirrors. A ping pong table along with a dozen board games will keep everyone entertained for hours. Bring the popcorn to the lower level of the house for movie night; a sectional sofa and 90” projector screen with surround sound offers a theater-like screening experience with family and friends! The Moose Room: Large bedroom upstairs with two full beds, ample closet space, and access to a full bathroom. The Green Peak: Down the hall is another room with a full bed and arched ceilings. A massive closet complements this space along with access to a full bathroom. Gray Mist Slope: Basement bedroom with a queen bed, two night stands, two closets and a dresser. Views of the backyard and access to a full bathroom. The Bear Den: Woodsy themed bedroom complete with a bunk bed to include a full mattress and an extra trundle pullout bed for sleepovers. We’ve got you covered with a night light and book collection making for the perfect kids room.

Our group spent a long weekend here and loved it. Wonderful views, relaxing indoor/outdoor fireplace, fire pit for s’mores! We had such a great time and can’t wait to plan our next trip. The driveway is pretty steep, but well maintained and with no snow/weather all of our vehicles were able to make it to the top without 4WD.

It was in a great location, the views were beautiful and I loved the views from the fire pit and hot tub. We were there for a long weekend and cooked all of our meals so the only negative (which is a very small negative) was that there was only one fridge for all our food and drinks. The kitchen was on the smaller side but we didn’t care since we wanted to take in the outdoors and other areas of the house like the large video room and deck. It snowed while we were there and the driveway up to the cabin was very steep and made me a little nervous not being in a four wheel drive but we made it! Overall property was clean and beautiful and John was a great host!

It was a perfect house in a perfect location! We came with 3 families for “Friendsgiving” and loved the fireplace and outdoor fire pit. It was the perfect space for adults and kids.

Loved it… amazing deck with a view and nice outdoor sitting area, with a fire pit, fireplace and plenty of chairs. Very clean house and very well equipped! Kids loved the projector downstairs and the ping pong table upstairs! Would definitely come back!

The home is exactly as shown and had everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked. The hot tub got good use and the outdoor space was large. The dual-sided fireplace was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed the movie theater downstairs. Plenty of room too! We came for a quick getaway and planned to cook. I suggest that because there really isn't anything much that is close by. The location will be best for those looking to ski at Bryce, it's not that close to Luray (we traveled for that). Overall it was a nice weekend.
