The six bedrooms, sleep 12 guests with linens and towels provided, with 3 bedrooms on the first floor: 2 Double beds, 1 Double bed and 2 Single beds. The Laundry Room, spacious Family Room and full Bath are also located on the first floor. This Upside-Down style home features the chef�s Kitchen/Living/Dining area on the second floor with 2 bedrooms: 1 Queen bed and 1 Queen bed. A full Bath is also located on the second floor. Both the Living Room and downstairs Family Room have large flat-screen televisions. On the third floor the luxurious and private Primary Suite features: 1 King with Ensuite and third-floor deck.

Lots of amazing restaurants, from casual family restaurants to long-established pizza joints to high-end epicurean dining experiences, are within walking distance to downtown Avalon, or on the water close by. Go into town and take a yoga class, get ice cream, play mini-golf and stroll the downtown Dune Drive�s one-of-a-kind specialty stores and eclectic boutiques. Swim in the bay or the ocean.
