Wouldn't recommend

Nice location. The bedding and cutlery were clean at least and had most utensils and spare bedding and most rooms. Just carpet, furniture and few other bits not up to standard.

The wifi didn't work the whole stay. I contacted the owner / manager of caravan via the message feature on Booking.com.Straight away. They were not just unhelpful, but off hand and rude. It put added stress and spoilt things. I asked for some kind of compensation, even if not what I suggest( initiallyIasked for £ 10 a day for the inconvenience and fact that one of the reasons I chose here was wifi. I had to use near all my mobile data to just do a few things like email family to say I arrived safely etc . I knew that might be a bit much but expectingthem to barter down I figured its a start ) , they could of offered numerous other options , even a small token for free coffee or something would of been appreciated, but nothing and in the end they stopped replying the day before we left. The caravan wasn't great. The furniture and carpets needed a good steam clean. There wasn't enough shower gel or soap in bathroom Not adequate mats for entrance of caravan. only mat left outside so all the wet got in.. The bed was uncomfortable. The cafe didn't have a working coffee machine the whole week. They also didn't have any of the non alcoholic cocktail/ kids juice options. The attitude of the person I spoke to on messenge and other things mentioned put me off coming back. I don't have much money and am disabled. This break was supposed to be a nice experience but it was spoilt . I suggest you train staff in customer service and just generally politeness. Also fix things and have basics available in coffee / bar . I know it was out of season but come on !. Not even any coffee or fruit juice cartons is ridiculous. Didn't eat there. Was put off by the rest of experience. Plus my partner had an overpriced hot chocolate which said wasn't worth it so didn't want to waste money on eating there if even the drinks aren't good.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location was lovely,quiet but you didn't feel alone because the main facilities were just across the road,but didn't disturb us at all.Being able to walk to the beach was lovely.The caravan was clean with everything we needed.Many Thanks.

Double bed like sleeping on a airbed as so soft and overly bouncy. Would be lovely for 1, too buoyant for 2 so really unsettled night sleep

It was clean, there was spare bedding and towels.

No WiFi, no hooks to hang anything, no side lamps so only full lights on or not.

The decking had foliage all over which trod into floor no internal door mat Smelt of cigarettes and dogs Dining bench legs were loose Toilet seat broken Grill pan dirty and cooker top dirty as were kitchen tops Twin bed had piled up bedding dumped on it Flooring was dirty Also description said hot tub!!!!!

Location next to facilities is excellent. Great out of season mini break, entertainment staff all friendly and good fun. Mash and Barrel for supper great, again staff super friendly and helpful.

Booked for hot tub but doesn't exist! Very disappointing as night away surprise for sister and she loves a hot tub.

a very well appointed caravan - clean, comfortable, warm, with all you expect from a holiday caravan

was not clear on the booking.com site that it was a caravan. also we arrived late (6pm} in the dark and rain (it was winter) and it took us 30 mins to find the caravan -not well signposted

We used this as a base for just putting our heads down on way back from Cornwall. Clean inside and owners provided passes for us. Towels provided also.

Parking was so tight. The site really have crammed these caravans in tightly together. Also I thought there was a hot tub at this caravan. Just two suggestions:- A hook in bathroom to hang towel would be helpful. Also a small lamp or mood lighting would make all the difference to make it cosier. No spa facility as advertised on site.

relaxing. everyone was calm and relaxed and polite. deffo be back!

everything we needed was there when we arrived. but my favourite part of it all is the decking.

could do with a double bed in the 2nd room rather than twice in beds. or a double sofa bed instead.
