Good weather, ate out mostly, room service slow and served in Styrofoam. Would have liked live music (we were there during the week) Enjoyed the private beach. Loved our balcony and room view, would return!

Great little welcome bag with Prosecco and champagne flutes for the perfect sunset toast. Resort has all the amenities of a high class beach club without being pretentious- such a win! Will be back! Snorkle trip from the onsite service was amazing and so were Captain Brad and Courtney- 10 stars

I love how easy everything is to access, the beach, the bar, restaurant etc. The only issues I had was the water pressure in the shower being extremely low, I'm not picky but it was low even for my standards. Lastly, Its pretty loud at night and in the hallways. I understand the doors are pretty thick which should help with that, but I'd image adding plants and vegetation in the center of the halls would reduce the echoing. Aside from that, everything was fantastic. The food, the room was nice and cold, everything was great. We will be visiting again next year.

Excellent! Rooms were clean and spacious even though this time I got a standard room. Love the amenities. I wish the bathrooms by the pool were bigger with better changing capabilities, but other than that, always a gem!

The overall rating 4. Staff wonderful. Music around pool was loud and I didn’t like. Wasn’t relaxing. I asked for bay view but was pool view and loud.

The staff that greeted us were very informative and friendly. The pool bar is extremely busy and very understaffed. The wait was so long that I went to the Breezers restaurant to get a drink. There were 2 people working on Sunday later that afternoon, and the place was empty. Meanwhile, at the pool side bar that day there was one person trying to handle a lot of people. I even mentioned to the bartender at Breezers that the guy at the pool bar could use some help. The food is ok, definitely did not meet the description as far as "chef inspired" quality. Overall, the property is very clean, and the entire staff are very friendly. I would stay here again.

We spent three nights at the Reefhouse Resort. We had a quick check-in, and they even let us check in early! The room was very clean, and housekeeping was terrific each day. There are a lot of activities for the whole family - ping pong, shuffleboard, corn hole, water sports, etc. Lots of places to sit or swing around the property. The Reefhouse is not a newly built property, but it is well-maintained and staffed. The rooms have been remodeled and are in great condition. The balcony provides beautiful views and an absolutely breathtaking sunset. There are a lot of food options on property. We would definitely stay there again in Key Largo.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The property has great outdoor space for daytime and evening activities. There was plenty of chairs and space at the pool and the views of the sunsets were amazing. It was very conveniently located near many attractions.

The property has so much potential, is Beautiful, has small beach, (it can be cleaned) but is a plus. It has it's cons though, the menu at the restaurant is very limited, not entertainment available(speciallyat night time, no music, it needs some fun)The place could be more alive, but that's my personal perspective, overall we Recommend it, sunsets views are Amazing, awesome place to enjoy with the family.

Greeted as we walked up to check in. Our room was ready early and the room itself overlooked the bay. The beach and pool area was nicely planned out with the tiki bar. The whole place is kept very clean. I even saw an employee wiping down the elevator buttons on the door.

The only thing I did not like was that I was told we had free breakfast when checking out after 5 days. My girlfriend went to the lobby and asked what all was included with our stay and breakfast was not mentioned. When checking out there was a very nice girl that told me about breakfast which kinda sucked because it would if been so helpful to get breakfast for my girlfriend with that much convenience. She needs to take her morning medication with food so I had to get food delivered every morning. Other than that, the resort was very safe. The whole key largo area was amazing and when ever we had some type of an issue the staff responded rigth away. We even had an issue with the food at the restaurant and the manager made us another plate! We went snorkeling, jet skiing and hit the bar. Amazing time!

Excellent property. Cookies and enhanced water upon check in. Private beach is pristine. Really liked that beach was lit at night and stayed open until 11 pm. Easy parking and rooms have full view of beach and water.
