My check- in was a surprise. Make sure when you reserve your date on Hotels.com that you pay your stay then…and get a confirmation number. Otherwise, you’ll have to pay a much higher amount. I had to negotiate with the check-in manager to get a lower final price… but was still higher. As for the room.. 2 elevators were’nt working. And the phone in the room wouldn’t let me schedule a wake-up call….i had to go through the hotel operator.

It was nice but the one thing that I did not like is that the tv was hard to work as well as the water was cold would not heat up. So the cold shower was not fun.

We stayed for 1 night and experience was good. Fast check in, clean and comfortable room, lots of parking. Our stay included buffet breakfast and service was good. Would stay here again.

Great stay with my wife and kids! Their breakfast buffet was delicious as were their omelettes! We had a small balcony and had coffee in the morning to enjoy the fall weather that is setting in already.

Our family went on our annual trip to a Huskies game on Saturday. I was looking for a great location not too far from UW and found the Hilton in Bellevue. The hotel looked really luxurious. Some parts were outdated but you can tell they’ve upgraded a lot of the hotel. Out room was very comfortable and extremely spacious. Our beds were very comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. Outside was very noisy due to traffic but inside you couldn’t hear any kind of outdoor noise. Parking was great and easy to access. The staff at the Hilton were extremely friendly and helpful. We also had the breakfast buffet which was good in all aspects. A variety of food and drink options. Wait staff was attentive and inviting. Overall, our experience at Hilton Bellevue was an excellent one. If in the area for an overnight stay, I will definitely book here again.

Hotel room is nice and not cramped like newer hotels. Staff is fantastic. Excellent sleep. Just stay away from the dining room.. .breakfast was the blandest and taste-less I've ever had.

The air conditioner in the room was terrible. The thermostat would shut off when leaving the room and would struggle to get below 75 degrees, even with the curtains drawn. Spoke with the front desk twice, the first time they sent someone 20 minutes later who looked at something in the ceiling and said it would be better in 20-30 minutes, it was not . We just had to wait hours for it to get down to 71. The next day someone came again after we spoke to the desk and this time they said they will look at a computer to fix it, but it never got better. The window couldn't really be opened since we were on the highway side of the hotel. The property looked nice and was dog friendly. The room was otherwise clean but very hot

I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews it had. This property didn’t have our room ready at check in. The lady at the front said she’d let us know and we had been waiting for 35-40 minutes which didn’t happen we had to ask again. When we got to the room, it was 87 degrees inside. We called maintenance to fix the ac. Needless to say it seems like the property controls the room temperatures regardless of having access the thermostat because it took less than a minute for the guy to open a door and adjust. I wouldn’t stay here again.

we been staying at Hilton Bellevue every time we’re in seattle area for the last 8 years. the facility is clean and great customer service. It’s very convenient that they have a restaurant and a bar in the same building.

I was not informed about the additional fee to park my vehicle until they provided me with a bill in the morning. Very sneaky. I had two other people with me at check in who also did not hear about the additional charge to park.

The place is really dated like other reviews said. Carpet in the room feels really dirty they should change it. With the price people paid I think we deserve something a little cleaner and nicer.

Don't expect any "upscale" experience. The photo makes the facility look new but it's really dingy and quite old, very disappointing in person. Even the ice machine on our floor was broken with parts hanging down from it, while the matching machine on another floor had the lower grating completely broken out. And parking for $25/night? They have tons of property and were not clear about the parking charges until we checked out. The main issue was just the age and physical condition of the hotel - for $300/night it was not even "average". The property is right on a major freeway, but the vast majority of the noise is filtered out by having two terrace doors, at least in our room.

The breakfast buffet is awful! It tasted stale and like it was left overs from a couple days before! The hash browns were inedible! They were hard! The pastries were stale and the coffee tasted diluted! It cost us 137.00 and we literally left everything on our plate. The strawberries were the only decent food. The bed sheets and pillows smelled like sweat. Customer service was great, but they didn’t tell us there was a parking fee so that was disappointing! We have stayed here before, and there was no issues is why we came back. But unfortunately they missed the mark this time!

Always a nice place to stay that won’t break the bank. It’s a nice looking hotel, a tad old but still nice. Has a restaurant and bar onsite. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.
