All good but the Ac

This room had a terrible old cigarette smoke smell and also a wet carpet smell. Very dark room with not enough lamps.

My room was checked in by someone else. Cleck error but I was given a room.

The employees are the best. Smiles, say hello even when they enter a different room. If it wasn't for that we would have cancelled and left. The room was a very old springy mattress, no bed bug cover, the bathroom was covered in mold. Refused to take a shower.

The smell of tge room staff was not friendly

The staff was friendly and helpful, they seemed happy with their jobs. The breakfast selection seemed adequate. It's not the staff's fault that the picture showing the swim pool as they have tried to have it removed. (There is no pool, only a hot tub) Didn't like the used condom wrapper under the bed, the mold on the ceiling above the tub, the spicy chip under the bed, the soda bottle lid under the night stand, all the stains on the carpet. My socks did not get as dirty as I expected from the carpet. I liked the bed (nice and firm), but my husband did not (like a rock). I was not bothered by noise from other guest during our stay. It's not everybody's cup of tea, and cost more than I would expect to pay for the condition, but I am cheap, that is why I was there. I've just got to remember to pack slippers for my night run to the bathroom...oh yeah the toilet was child height, I thought I was falling it was so low. I did not have the time and energy to try out the hot tub, but it looked like some people were enjoying it. Oh and the room was dark, well probably because the light at the door did not work, have no idea it it might be better with that light...oh and speaking of the door it was odd like it did not close or latch well, good to use the dead bolt and other lock mechanism. Another guest asked me what I thought about the place as he had just been to the office to let them know what he thought....

It was just for a night but the cleanliness was horrible. The air in the room, carpet, couch … all were dusty. I immediately started getting dust allergy. The breakfast is also a cold one with no eggs or sausages. The good thing was that there was a Dennis just beside the hotel.

Accommodations are good.

Is a like run down but it is fine

The bedding and toiletries were clean. The room needs some loving care.

It had the best price. No pool in service. Not good lighting in hall or rooms, musty smell in rooms, everything about the building is old and needing remodeling. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

bed was very comfortable there was a plastic card on the shower head with directions on how to use the rubber mat for bathtub I did not find a mat, the fun was slippery. after I had my shower and sitting on toilet saw a small sign on bottom left edge of mirror saying to ask desk if you wanted one. of was no where eye level.

Outside entrance door lock broken. Room door security lock was out of alignment so it could not be used. Room electric card lock key did not work properly. Attendent had to open door for us. Bed had hair on the sheets, like someone cleaned their hair brush or comb on the sheets. . Bed cover was stained which looked liked something that would not be appropriate to mention here... The tub shower bottom is like a bowl and is a slipping hazard. The hot water for shower was good.

The warm water supply and water pressure for showering were excellent. The hot tub water was crystal clear and clean. The cable channels were plentiful. Breakfast was delicious and full of variety; there was something for everyone. The hotel could use some updating, but it met our needs for a one night stay.

Place was fine for the price just a little older.

Hotel was very run down and some concern about the cleanliness. Worried about the safety of our car overnight, so we removed all valuables. The pool was closed and needed repair. Staff was not a problem and helpful.

The staff was over worked but was doing the best they could. The room was clean.

Check in was a breeze. Room was clean a bit outdated, but overall was a good stopping place.

They have really upgraded since my stay last year. The new breakfast area was very nice. Lots of choices. And Denny's is right next door. I will definitely stay there again

The air conditioning did not work. On the ground floor , where we stayed, semi trucks parked right outside the building. It was very noisy

Older hotel, but the AC blew cold and it was clean.

Staff was helpful. But no daily room cleaning or trash removal or even replenish of coffe when requested .

The property is very run down and extremely dirty, the on line informations shows a pool, it has not been functioning for some time. The stains in the carpet, the walls and the ceiling show an absolute lack of care. DO NOT stay here for any reason, the good news is a new Marriot property is being built very close

It was a nice hotel close to the highway and was very accessible and convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and you could tell that they took pride in what they were doing. The room was in pretty good shape and comfortable and suited our needs. Thank you Le Grande.

Nice budget place to stay.

The pool was closed and it was during summer. The weight room had very little weights. There were cobwebs in the corner of the room and above the air conditioner. The first room had a broken handle.
