We stayed here for a family trip to Knotts Berry Farm. It was a perfect hotel for the price. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable and it’s only a 15 min walk to Knotts Berry Farm.

The staff seemed not to know when breakfast was, gave us different times then different staff that worked the restaurant didn’t seem to know which quantity for cold and hot in the morning. Also the think the manager would have morning team work meetings and would talk so loud, it seems they could have used one of there conference rooms. Last thing outlets were not working

Just stayed one night so not much to say. The checkin did take over 30 minutes though. More than 11 people in line and only one person. Checking people in. That could’ve been a lot smoother if there were more people checking customers in

Nice place. Parking should be free. This is the first hotel in buena park that i have had to pay for parking. Ive stayed at the other Marriott in the area and they do not charge for parking.

Not used to paying for unsecured parking. A good many of the hotels I stay at provide free breakfast. This one did not. But that is California. It has become way too expensive for the middle class person. But for business and friends, I would never set foot in the state again and I was born in Los Angeles.

Overall property was good, however with the small trash cans in the rooms they should probably have bigger trash cans in the halls maybe by the entrances or on the outside by the entry doors. Also the swimming pool area has quite a bit of spider webs on the furniture. These should be cleaned often especially in the summer. Also the towels were out of stock in the pool area, even after notifying the front desk. The staff was very nice.

This hotel was great, but for the noise. All three nights I was awakened by slamming doors and yelling from other rooms. I ended up sleeping with noise canceling headphones on and it was still loud.

Checked in went to my room lady was still cleaning it said another 30 minutes was given another room got situated in there only to be told that there sorry that the room is taken too that there moving me again to a different room got to that room found a big cockroach in there and my daughter got bit by something will not be back only got a coffee for the bad experience was not be able to be discounted or refunded to to me booking with a 3rd party will not be visiting again

Lovely property and stay. Close to everything in the area. Knott’s berry, an inflatable bouncing land. Big air trampoline park, a Walmart dollar tree. Lots of food options. Will stay again.

The room was run down and had an old dirty feel. The sheets and towels smelt so strong like chlorine/bleach that the whole room smelt like a pool. The carpet and floor was so dirty it left all my white socks with stains.

The room is OK. The staff was great. It’s an older hotel but the reason for my low reviews is they charge you $12 a day for parking and you’re just parking outside in a parking lot it’s not gated it’s not fenced. There’s no security that I seen it’s not a structure, I just want every penny

Staff when we check in at around 7pm- was not friendly - frowning and not giving us full details of why he has to swipe my credit card until I have to ask why and it was for incidental deposit.. no complimentary water and I have to buy for 8$ per bottle. Our room was not setup just for our purpose of checking in in celebration of our anniversary - as they promised on conversation few weeks before… just a simple request but didn’t happen. Only the General manager was so friendly, accommodating and even serving/helping at the bistro. Room has no bidet and with little smell of cockroach. Parking is NOT FREE and u have to pay 12$ per night - wow!
