This hotel doesn't have self parking. But they just charge 25 dlls parking per day. Love this service

Comfortable beds. Modern decor throughout. Nice rooftop heated pool with plenty of outdoor seating. Has a bar and lounge with plenty of seating in the lobby area. Great hotel, but like most Hiltons, they don’t have self parking: only valet.

Broken air conditioning, it was 80* in our room, the front desk said they couldn’t move us, and they couldn’t even get us a fan because they aren’t allowed to go into the maintenance room after 7pm and had no emergency maintenance number to call. Then we realized the lights in our room weren’t working either.

We stayed overnight to visit the theme park in the morning. The hotel itself is very nice. There is a restaurant and cafe in the lobby. The workout room was large and had lots of equipment. Location is great. Felt like a safe area and was located right next to a mall with lots of restaurants. I think the hotel is still fairly new and has a couple things to work out still. The water in our shower was really cold and never warmed up, and the TV was not connected to the Internet, so we couldn't use it. Minor details, but we would stay here again for a night.

There was no hot water for most of my stay. The staff at the desk promised to send me a link so I could pay for my stay with my work credit card but I never received the link. They had 3 days to send it to me but they didn't.

I don’t recommend this hotel. They have no Self parking only valet and is $25 per night. None of the rooms have a refrigerator. There were some guests that were complaining that there was no hot water in there rooms. Also, as far as the pool is a decent size, not deep, only 4 feet. There is No hot tub. I would rather not stay there again.

Property valet left my vehicle unlocked and annatended in parking garage. Thermostat in room didn’t work properly. Television didn’t work properly. Rooms didn’t have amenities such as microwave or fridge. Staff was incredibly slow with responses for room service even when contacted about my hot room that I couldn’t cook down due to the thermostat not working properly.

The hotel was amazing, brand new and the pool is incredible! The staff were great too! Only 1 small piece of advice, there wasn’t a kids menu at the restaurant which I would have liked. But no complaints and I’ll be back!

One of the newer built hotels in the area. Located next to a mall so it was incredibly convenient to find food and do a little bit of shopping. Had small issues with our room: lights were not working, no shower gel or shampoo in bathroom. Called down to front desk several times but no answer. Granted, it was late but still, someone should be manning that desk at all times. Took them the following day to get is everything. Spent the afternoon on the 4th floor pool, which was nice. Mostly clean chairs and lounges but the water was a tad murky. Overall, good stay and convenient for our trip to KBF.

Hotel was clean. Lobby was very quiet as there was no one eating in the on site restaurant. I would assume because the menu was kind of pricey. That’s the reason we didn’t go. Check in was quick as the person was friendly. Rooms were nice and new, but narrow, so it made it tight to open suitcases. Was never told that valet WAS NOT optional as there is no on site parking for guests to self park. Hotels.com says valet, but when did valet not become optional? Needs to state there is no on site SELF parking. So for no option, I had to pay an additional $25/day and had no choice in the matter. I actually don’t love when other people drive or park my car either. Had I known, we may have stayed somewhere else. This needs to be clarified. It’s like a bait and switch hidden cost.

As a Hilton honors member I have to stay this was one of the worse experiences I have had with Hilton. Check in time was 4 they said they didn’t have a room ready and it would be about 30 min. No problem. Well the 30 minutes turned into an hour and half. I was traveling with my husband and infant so it was a big inconvenience. The staff was nice and apologized stating that they didn’t have a lot of staff to clean. We get to the room and it had not been cleaned. They stated they were waiting for the room to be cleaned so I was very surprised when I walked in and they were bottles all over the room and trash bags. I went back downstairs to let them know that the room was not cleaned. They again apologize Again, and they said they were going to clean it right now. We waited another hour! They offered us free breakfast in the morning for the inconvenience. Definitely don’t feel like that was suffice for such an inconvenience. The hotel is nice. It’s still under some construction. Definitely need more staff.

After we checked in, we use the toilet no bathroom tissue then we take a shower no cold water, so transfer to another room, second day we requested a bathroom towels called around 7pm, no one delivered, the 3rd day called the fd around 8pm for bathroom towels, someone delivered the towels but it was a floor towels

The property is new so it is very fresh and modern. It was difficult for Uber to find the hotel on our way from the airport. We were disappointed that our room was never clean during our four day, three night stay. This caused us to have to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and place our trash outside of our room. The fitness facilities were outstanding and even had a water filling station. The restaurant is open concept and it was difficult to understood how one would even dine there without a hostess or instruction. It was also disappointing to find that we didnt have a mini fridge or microwave in our room. We wanted to keep cold waters in our room but that was not possible. We ended up ordering food from doordash on two occasions along with several waters. It was $5 to purchase one bottle of water from the hotel market and just over a dollar at delivery restaurants. We did attempt to purchase a water from the hotel upon our arrival but they were out of stock. The lighting configuration in the room doesn't allow for reading lights to be used without putting on several room lights.

The property is new but not well staffed and halls not cleaned well. The floors on by the elevators were dirty and trash can in front of elevators not emptied daily. They were overflowing with trash. My room smoke detector batteries were going out and kept beeping periodically.

I stayed at the hotel 2 nights-2 rooms while visiting Knotts. Here is the good and the bad. The hotel looks beautiful and new. The rooms are clean. The valet is friendly and helpful. I booked through Hotels.com so although I paid in advance, the special requests were noted,and I called to ensure the night before regarding the need for connecting rooms due to the kids ages, the hotel said it was a 3rd party reservation so they didn't honor the requests and it was not available. They did offer to send me to another hotel. The 1st front desk ladies were nice, but the manager was rude and uncaring. The beds were a little too soft for my liking, but if you like soft you will like the beds. Pool was very nice. The restaurant, being that it is a new hotel, was very very slow, the food looked beautiful but lacked taste and was expensive given the lack of taste. The waitress was sweet but slow. The hotel is very close to Knotts and that was a plus. Seemed like a good location, felt safe. So I guess I would say, if you don't have any special needs and like soft beds, it is a beautiful place to stay, but don't expect to get what you specified even if you pay ahead. Also, skip the restaurant.

Hotel i very new just open 1 week before i got there very good location closed to big park knott berry farm soak city water front desk very knowledge and always smiling same as the restaurant waiters and bartenders.rooms are very clean .great swimming pool to relax..the only disappointed is the menu in the restaurant very confusion fusion of asian and french not great for children very expensive 70$ for breakfastfor 2 adult and a 4 year old is to much and also very slow kitchen 40 minutes before food arrive Overall great

Nice rooms, very clean. But no hot water. We had to take cold showers and when calling down stairs to let front desk know of this situation, phone kept ringing with no answer. They also had a downstairs leakage. I will not stay here again!
