The stay was good. I did not like that I was placed on the east side, it was not mentioned when booking that we would be across the street from where we thought we were actually staying. Though it was cold outside it stayed hot and muggy in our room while even having the ac turned all the way down to 65, it never cooled off, and 3rd. I checked in, the front desk lady failed to give me my breakfast cards that showed proof that me and my partner had purchased breakfast prior, so I got to go look like a fool at breakfast and finally a sweet waitress, her name was Maria led me in the right direction. The hosts at breakfast were somewhat rude and short.

Great hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and close to our destination. Went to a concert at T Mobile and were in walking distance to venue and local entertainment. Safe to walk!

Came to town for a Chiefs game, the location of the hotel was perfect for walking to Power & Light district. Loved that they had a large screen tv in the lobby bar to watch football games as well. Would definitely stay again

Everything was very nice at the hotel. It was right in the middle of downtown which made getting everywhere very easy. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. Housekeeping was very prompt and the room looked brand new after each night. I will be staying here every time I visit KC. Power and Light District is blocks away and you can easily walk to it from the hotel. I can't wait for the new outdoor park/venue that is being built right across the street. It will be my family's destination.

We were able to walk places downtown or take the streetcar which is free down to the farmers market. The hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was nice. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

I would have hoped for as much as I spent on this hotel, it would have been a lot nicer. The bed sheets were stained, the toilet didn’t flush correctly and was God awful loud and squeaky, the noise from upstairs and next door was completely ridiculous, and when I turned on one of the lights, it immediately smelled like it was burning so I quickly turned it off. I honestly can say I won’t be staying here again. Do better Marriott.

Clean room with an amazing view of downtown KC. Easy access from parking to hotel. Front desk was polite and fast as I checked in at 10pm. Was able to order room service and it was hot and delicious.

My husband and 2 kids went for an overnight stay to go to Worlds of Fun and it was amazing hotel. The only thing that was wring was the King bed had a major noise when you sat down on it but it was still comfortable.

Staff was so welcoming … very easy to get in and out of the hotel … walked less than 10 minutes to our concert at the T Mobile Center … best bar, including the biggest big screen I’ve ever seen … outstanding coffee in the am. Look forward to staying again!!!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s your typical big city, large hotel. The facilities were clean. It’s a 10 minute safe walk to T-Mobile Center. There are restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store nearby. Valet parking was fast and convenient. Staff was excellent. There is a nice lounge/bar with a food menu. It’s a nice spot after a concert.

Everything is an extra charge, breakfast is extra, parking is atrociously expensive, if I’m paying 250+ a night for a hotel they could atleast give me breakfast for parking. It was a beautiful hotel and in a great location everything was clean, oh and it said our floor had ice and vending but we only ever found ice.

Everyone was super helpful, I was supposed to have two queens and ended up with a King. They were so busy at the desk that I didnt say anything. It would have been more comfortable for us with the two queens. I'm not sure what happened but did not have time to get it changed as we were on a tight schedule. They were very accommodating at the desk on every other aspect. Valet was super nice as well.

We stayed for 2 nights, there are 2 buildings and we were in the building across the street. Very secure so no outsiders could get in. Room was good except for the toilet. They use water conserve but it takes 2 to 4 flushes which is annoying. Otherwise all was good. We did do the breakfast buffet on Sunday before leaving, a little pricey for what was on the buffet. Most is stuff you find at a hotel that offers it for free with your stay. Good location would stay again.
