no wifi for the first 24 hours, intermittent after that. Rooms were cleaned the first two nights and not again thereafter.

Overall the hotel and services are top notch. Museum, restaurant, amenities, and our room was excellent. The one issue that kept this review from achieving a better score was the 'drag race and tire burn out contest' at one in the morning midnight Saturday June 1 to early morning June 2 Sunday. For the hotel being located in the semi-exclusive "Library District" the hooliganism allowed by the city at that hour is ridiculous. Wouldn't hotel management at least report this activity so as to have law enforcement show up before things get out of hand? Lack of policing shows this is not a "one-off" scenario and it happens on the regular. All in all it was a nice stay except for the 1AM Engine Roaring and Tire Squealing wake up.

Nice bed, large modern shower, small fridge but ok. Interesting contemporary art; wonderful breakfast in hotel restaurant. Easy, close, reasonable parking options in downtown. Quiet and safe.

I used to love staying in this property in the past, but it seems that maintenance is not what it used to be. Also, this is the first time that I stay in one of the atrium-facing rooms. I was surprised to see that all 3 windows in my room were covered with a semi-opaque film that blocked any visibility to the outside, and in turn made the already small room fell very claustrophobic. When requesting a room change for my 3-nights stay, I was told the hotel was full and could not meet my request. However, no apology or credit was offered. While I still love the brand, I doubt that I'll stay at this location again.

Bed was not very comfortable. Our room was right by elevator, so it was pretty loud. Our only two issues. Otherwise very neat art museum Hotel.

The hotel carpet was dirty and the hotel seem rundown. The TV did not work in the room and it took us three times to get it resolved. We had breakfast in the Savoy restaurant and it took an hour to get our breakfast. Staff was not very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel

This hotel is very cool - I loved the unique artwork throughout, and the staff was helpful and friendly at every turn. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was great. 10/10 would recommend!!
