It was 80 degrees in our hotel room. Even after shutting the heat off we still couldn’t cool the room down. The thermostat wouldn’t let us change the temperature, when the front desk was notified nothing was done about it. The room was dirty, you can tell that they just quickly clean the room. The toiletries left in the bathroom by the hotel has been used, and had hair on them that was not ours. This was not a good stay and will not be staying here again.

No fridge or microwave so we couldnt bring food back or heat anything up. Key card wouldnt work after the first time. Room was dirty and cob webs everywhere like it hadnt been used in a long time. $100 cleaning deposit was taken out without being advertised. Very disappointed in this hotel for the price i paid.

This is a lovely hotel but it's a shame that their bar and restaurant weren't in service. Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough. And strange to have two sinks in the room but no soap. Within walking distance of other dining options, which was helpful. Overall, we found it a good value.

This hotel has seen better days. They are working on renovations, but it's showing its age. We were staying because a loved one was in hospital and wanted a reasonable price and close proximity to the hospital. Basically a place to sleep and shower. They were able to let us extend our stay daily without a problem due to our extenuating circumstances. What was originally a 3 night stay became a week.

When we arrived at the property, they said they had our reservation for king suite rooms, but they had given our rooms away. All they had left were regular queen rooms. They would not discount the rate for the smaller room despite the fact that they had given away the king suite we had reserved and prepaid for. I’ve never seen a hotel do this… it was like a Seinfeld episode, but just not very funny There was deferred maintenance all around the property. The pool was closed and drained, the ice machines didn’t work, and much much more. All in all one of the worst experiences ever.

The beds were very comfy and my area of the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was not up to par. Only had eggs, sausage and bacon. No muffins, cereal, pancakes, etc. And not happy i had to pay extra for a bottle of juice. When i came back Sat night the galleay and my room had a VERY strong spray paint smell. I know the building was being painted outside but this was awful. Also, my room had a water pipe or something that must have ran close it because late at night and into the morning it just seemed to get louder and kept me awake. Also, i was disappointed i did not have a fridge in the room.

This place... don't ever go here. They won't deliver a fridge to your room unless you upgrade to a suite. The suite has a hole punched into the bathroom door, the fridge was out of its cubby making a dirty looking hole but it was a fridge in the room, ceiling tiles had water damage and some about to fall, there were ANTS in the bedroom and bathroom, they interrogate you for your NAME at the complimentary continental breakfast like you're some riff raff off the street, then finally the toilet that needs service clogged at 3am and the front desk DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE UTILITY CLOSET TO GET A PLUNGER and instead offer to move you to a new room at 3am. This was the most disrespectful treatment and disgusting conditions I've ever seen in the United States. A Motel 6 is honestly better than this place with gambling on bed bugs. Don't ever stay here as I checked out early it was so gross and they refused to refund me the final night and Expedia didn't other. Waste of money for my birthday weekend and Radisson should be ashamed this dump falls under their umbrella.

We booked a room with two double beds. When we got there the only room available for us was one with a king bed and a pull out sofa. They told my husband that reserving a room did not mean that the room had to be available. We did not like that. They offered to cancel our reservation and we accepted that and found room in a different hotel.

I was in CR for work for several days. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly. The only thing I was disappointed about was there was not a mini frdge in the room. I brought meals from home to get me through my long work weekend and only had a small cooler to keep my items cold. It would have been nice to have had a fridge to store my food rather than refilling with ice twice a day. Otherwise for the price, it was a nice enough hotel and would stay again

Came in kate already booked room and paid. Girl at desk complaining shift nearly over and next person not coming yet. Then waiting for the customer ahead to get info he needed for the room. Told me to wait then ceilings bust open and it stars raining . The lobby ad the gal then attended to that which was important but we were standing there waiting on a too Key had to ask several times es to check us in.

We arrived, I overheard a staff member say the hotel was booked but while I was there for 2 days the only people I ever seen were people in our wedding party. They told us that breakfast was 6-10am but there was never breakfast open for us…They didn’t tell us beforehand that the pool would be closed for the entire time we were there. The other people we knew there had cleanliness issues in the rooms. (Used bars of soap, black hairs, someone wrote on the mirror and it was not cleaned.) we had a stain on our bed. And about 30 minutes into us being there the fire alarm went off and so we had to pack all of our stuff up to get out but it was a false alarm…that’s annoying. Anyway won’t be coming back. And there was no offer for any sort of discount for no breakfast or pool…wow.

The first room we were given at check-in, had a ceiling tile laying on the floor and the room smelled wet. We then quickly realized the pool and hot tub were out of service. We were given a new room in which I found a used bar of soap and used shampoo bottle in the shower I was also, surprised to find out that the bed had a huge dip in the middle of it. The room was cool but no means cold for being at 65°. on our second night We arrived a little after 7 o’clock in our room was mildly warmer and increasingly got warmer as the evening continued finally at 9 PM. I went down to the desk and requested some sort of maintenance. They didn’t have a maintenance man on staff so they quickly moved us into a new room after getting the thermostat set, and started on the new room. We realize that this room was exponentially warmer than our first room at this point we decided to suffer out as we did not want to move to a fourth room on the property. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Very rundown property. Visited twice in the span of a month. Revolving main entrance out of commission on both visits. The pool was closed the second visit. Limited staff. No one at desk as they are typically off doing other jobs. Huge lobby and dining area but no amenities to go along with it, and they don’t want groups just sitting down there. Ceiling tile in our room caved in due to leak on second visit. Low price, but you get what you pay for.

The room I was given had a window that faced the parking lot and the parking lot light shined through the window all night. The window only had sheers and the drapes were just for show. They can't close. Other than that I enjoyed my stay there.
