The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though it was a slow time of the year the bar and restaurant stayed open until 11pm. Nice size gym too.

The room was fine, just the drawers were uncleaned. The only thing that really bothered me was the fact that all 8 EV chargers were broken or not working. Why even advertise that you have EV chargers if they’re all not operational?

Our stay was awesome. Friendly staff. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The Palm restaurant has many options and great dessert. Highly recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to go back in the summer

This is without a doubt, our favorite hotel! Everything is great here! Close to good restaurants, right on beach with all rooms ocean front! Close to boardwalk! Fantastic rooms, all with kitchens and whirlpool tubs! Close to Jolly Rodgers!

Very clean, great service. Beautiful view. 32 Palm was delicious. Indoor pool was relaxing. Suite itself was clean, spacious, and felt like a small apartment. We weren’t cramped in.

Wonderful clean suite with spa tub in the bedroom, 42" TV! Balcony view of the ocean! Full kitchen - refrigerator, microwave, stove, pots, plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware. Bathroom with two sinks and shower with three shower heads! Sofa, dining table, desk, and 47" TV in spacious sitting area! Over the top! Best suite ever! I wish there was a drinking water supply to refill reusable water bottles to reduce disposable plastic water bottles. Perhaps, sell reusable water bottles. Maybe you have them in the gift shop, I did not go in. Regular parking spaces are quite narrow. I wish there were more handicap parking spaces. Private beach behind the hotel! Awesome!

Our room was clean. However, for the 4 days there the hallway on our floor was dirty-cracked plastic ware, crumbs, didn’t smell fresh. The food cart in the lobby was closed too early for us to buy anything. The window darkening shade handle was broken. This hotel that I have stayed at since it opened is tired in the public space.

Couldn't log into internet first night-called desk, told to do something impossible to do. Gave up. In a.m. called desk to report both televisions out. Told they'd tell maintenance in 1.5 hours when they came in and they'd come to room. NOT a problem in the room, it's a cable provider problem. BUT this person was able to tell me how to connect to internet. Television out throughout the morning. Next day the channel guide went out and stayed out. Went to front desk. Was told, "Look on the bright side, you are at the beach." How dare you? Provide what I am paying for at an average of $360 a night for five nights. And fruit flies in the kitchen and bathroom entire stay. Front desk did offer food comp, which I did not accept; a food comp would not solve the issues. Rooms need refurbishment. In the meantime, more attention to room cleaning and maintenance is necessary. Bed comfy and balcony enjoyable. Kitchen more than meets my needs and is the main reason I stay here. Always quiet in the rooms. As a side note, not my first stay, but I'd like a better experience for the price. When did the Hilton brand switch from professional blazers and oxford shirts to golf shirts?

The pillows smelled musty, when I noticed I called and asked for new ones, the first set was for a queen bed and we had a king. The second set smelled just as bad. It was already 11pm at this point and I just dealt with it. The hallways needed to be vacuumed.

This is a nice hotel that has lots of great features and amenities, but it also needs updating. The room we stayed in had a living room, large bedroom and bathroom, and a small kitchen. We visited during the offseason so the price was very low. The pools and fitness center are amazing, and they even have a Starbucks in the hotel. Unfortunately, there are lots of things that need updating in the hotel. The room felt like it probably hadn't been updated in 20 years. The furniture and walls just seemed like they had been worn down a lot without any repairs. The staff members that we interacted with were all very nice and helpful, but we noticed that when we arrived on Monday at 6:30pm, someone in a nearby room had left their breakfast tray from their room service in the hallway, and no one had taken it. We figured someone would pick it up soon, but by the next morning it was still there which was pretty gross. I know that several hotel employees saw it because we had a few people come to our room to drop off things we had requested and they would have definitely walked by it. Overall, the hotel is nice though. The oceanfront location is basically as good as you can get. The parking was convenient as well. I just think that some of the employees were relaxing a bit too much now that the busy season is over, and that wasn't great to see.

We have stayed here for many years. It is still a very nice hotel, great location, etc. It is showing its age though in parts. One of the things that is a fairly major nuisance is (this has happened to us on two different stays) the door key will sometimes stop working because the battery in the door lock is dead. So you just come back to your room and can't get in. A maintenance guy did come up and fix it, but the first time it took a while. Seems like it would be easy enough to just change all the batteries once a year or whatever to proactively make sure it doesn't happen so often. The other thing that was a negative was the burgers at the Manana Mode were very ordinary and overpriced, with about five soggy chips as a side. But we will come back because it's comfortable and ocean views and most of the staff are nice.

I felt communication lacked and our room nor floor were met. They didn’t notify us of our room being ready and subsequently had to change our dinner plans as we waited. Very disappointed given we have been going there for years.

Hotel check in was a breeze, parking was easy and walking to nearby restaurants and the beach were great. The kiddie pool was a blast and well kept. The cons…. The rooms are severely in need of a facelift and good cleaning. The paint was chipped noticeably in several locations in the room, there was sticky residue(maybe gum) stuck on the carpeting inside our room. The bathroom tub was peeling and in need of a refinish. Also, I’m by no means a stickler and I know it’s hard for the hotel to control but someone in a neighboring room kept smoking weed on their balcony and we had to keep our balcony door shut to keep the smell from seeping in. Wouldn’t care on another day but we were traveling with our baby so I’d say this hotel isn’t really family friendly. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Was it okay as a last minute stay? Yes for sure.

Hotel was dated but nice Every rquest we made was not honored. The TVs were old so no one could watch the Eagles game on Peacock. We request a room 3 months ago toward the top we were give a room on the 4th floor. The staff spoke broken english and we had a hard time understanding some. Location was great pool was nice and clean rooms were dated but nice other than tv issues. Staff issue were not really acceptable in my opinion. We also asked about our 15 dollar food credit and were told they would get back to us, no one did. Overall we will not return to this property when we return to Ocean City.

This property is very close to everything you might need (groceries, dining, activities). The views from every window are beautiful. The suites are very comfortable and the kitchens are stocked with everything you need to put together a nice meal. Everything is sooo expensive. It's nice to offset some of the expense by making some of your own meals. The bathrooms are great though the step into the whirlpool/shower is a little too high. It's nice to have the jetted tub though. I like that the toiletries are those big bottles attached to the wall. You never run out or have to fiddle with the little bottles. They have great curb service to bring up your luggage if you want. Overall, I think it's a step above what you generally get at the beach.
