I have stayed here about twice a month since July. I'll say that first of all it is a really great place to stay, very affordable and close to everything, right off the interstate. The front desk is especially helpful and it's usually a quick check in. You don't pay for parking, but there is an incidentals charge. I do like that the hotel is really clean. I walk around in my white sox in the room and they stay clean. The bathrooms and beds are always good and clean, too. The ice machine on the floor was broken but it was easy to go down to the first floor and get ice, as its just to the left of the elevator. There is also one of those water bottle filling fountains right there with the ice machines and restrooms if you need them. The free breakfast is plentiful and there is everything from eggs to a waffle maker. Really enjoy the link sausage but don't like the sausage patty's as much. There is coffee and a cappuccino/espresso machine available. Juice and milk, too. The seating area is nice. I do have a few cons. The first is the smell. There seems to be an odd smell as soon as you come in. The third floor where we stayed, smelled like a burning toaster when we got there. It's never anything bad, just odd. Take your own pillow if you don't like a super soft pillow. The parking is tight and there are only 4 handicap spots. The elevator is really slow. All in all it is is a lovely little place to stay and I definitely recommend it for a few nights. We will be back.

The lady at check in was not very friendly. She did her job but was not welcoming. The beds were a little hard and everytime the other person in the bed moved, the whole bed bounced. I was sleeping with a 50lb 9 year old and it still bounced really bad. The AC did not kick on during the night so the room was too warm. It wasn't hot but too warm for my comfort. The ice machine on our floor did not work so we had to go downstairs to get ice. Breakfast was ok, but very limited optiond. There were only 3 bread choices, 1 type of muffin, french toast and a raisin cinnamon bagel. The waffles were good. The halls smelt musty but they were clean.

The stay was good and everything but the cars revving outside in the parking lot was kinda noisy,overall the suite was very big and wide kinda feel like a house and it’s a room you should’ve definitely try out if you like space.

The staff wqs perfectly friendly. The facilities were the worst at any Best Western I've ever stayed at. The 1st room i was in had wet carpet, water was frequently visable in the elevator, the luandry for guests was in-opperatable, had a day with no hot water with a overall smell tbroughout the building. The parking lot was frequently blocked by illegally parked trucks, and escourt vehicles were releluctant to move when someone needed to pass.

I had a room with 3 beds. The queen beds were really comfortable however the 3rd twin bed was extremely hard. I've had back surgery and I couldn't sleep both nights.

Walls are thin and close to highway, so noisy during the night. AC is like an old window unit. Room was clean and roomy but bathroom was tiny. Beds were ok. Breakfast was also not bad for a BW Plus.

So many options to eat within 5 minutes, plus the breakfast from the hotel was great! Sausage links, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles and more! Didn't really interact with the staff but check in was smooth and the ladies running the breakfast were very nice

As soon as we walked in the lobby smelled of smoke. The light over the sink area was not working. I asked for a different room and appreciated the opportunity to view the room first. The hallway smelled of marijuana and the room smelled like air freshener was being used to cover up smell. We found a dead roach in our room. The fitness area ac was not working. I had to stop working out because it was too hot. We will not be staying again.

The room had plenty of space for us and beds were comfortable. Close to restaurants and groceries. The continental breakfast was good and had options. The problem was our room was not cleaned or towels given for 2 of the 4 nights we were there. We had to track down the manager on our 3rd day to let her know that our room hadn’t been cleaned. We made sure that the door hanger stating we needed our room cleaned was on the door and housekeeping ignored it.

The staff was very friendly and front lobby had a good presentation and very clean. The room, bathroom, and beds were clean. Shower head was loose in the wall. Outlet at mirror did not work so could not use flat iron or blow dryer near mirror. Facility provided blow dryer handle started getting very hot with prolonged usage. Air conditioner cooled very well but was very loud and disturbing of sleep. Could not set alarm clock to proper time. No USB charging ports in room. Electric outlets near bed were loose and charger plug falls out with slight movement. Breakfast area was clean. Buffet breakfast was hot and consisted of eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy. There was an assortment of breads, ability to make Belgian waffles, Cheerios and Fruit loop cereal. Coffee was good, hot. They also provided OJ, apple juice, milk, almond milk. My stay was for 1 night so it served its purpose of having a place to sleep and have breakfast and I am grateful for it but would not stay here if I needed an extended stay.

When we arrived there was an air conditioning leak in the reception hallway that leads to the elevator, the area is dirty, a ceiling light had even fallen from the ceiling and was lying on the floor, it is a hotel with old facilities and a musty smell, it was clean but not at all nice.
