We got a room with a jetted tub because we were in town for a granddaughter's softball tournament. I figured she would enjoy soaking after playing ball all day. First of all, our TV didn't work the first night, so they moved us to a different room with a jetted tub. The next night, I ran her some water and tried to turn the tub on, and if course it didn't work. The guy at the front desk was very nice and offered a partial refund without me even having to ask. That would be the only good thing about this hotel.

Went I. And the girl was in the sitting area on her phone. Got our door key. Went to room. Husband checked the bed out. There was what appeared to be tobacco stains on the sheet

The hotel is ideally located right off the Interstate and several dining options within a quick walk , Kroger is next door as well. The grounds were well maintained and the rooms were fairly clean , but the stairwell and entry way was filthy ! Smelled of urine and stale beer . I think a good cleaning would help this place and improve its rating!

When I got there to check in. It took 20-30 minutes before a receptionist came to check me in. After I got the key, it wouldn’t work, then had to go back and get another one. Once I got in the room, I put my belongings in the drawer and left out to hang out with a friend. I looked for a do not disturb sign to go on the door but it wasn’t one. A few hours later made it back to the room. Swiped my key and someone else was occupying the room. They had booked the room with another couple. I never stayed in the room and the manager wouldn’t talk to me on the phone and I still haven’t got a call back about refunding my money from anybody. And another thing soon as I walked in the Hotel, it smelled like weed smoke from the start. The whole experience was terrible. I will advice anyone not to book with them

This was the 2nd stay within 10 days and it was gross. They gave me a room on the first floor and I was trying to get in the room and then someone came to the door. Room was already taken. Went back to the front desk clerk and she gave me another room. I asked for the 1st floor (like I had 10 days prior) but none were available. As soon as I walked into the room there was a horrible smell. Musty and weird. Just really bad. The lamp bases were all rusted. Bathtub was moldy. I was so tired that I sprayed perfume all over the room and slept in my clothes, woke up and took a shower and left at the crack of dawn. To top things off (both stays), no breakfast as advertised. Not that I would have even eaten there but take it off your website. The elevator was filthy as was most of the hotel. Never again.

No breakfast as advertised. The room was ok. But the noise was ridiculous. Stayed on first floor and there was a kid screaming and playing in the hallway and management did nothing. Unfortunately I booked the same hotel coming back in 10 days so we will see if is better.

This hotel appears to be in financial trouble. As you enter the highly finger printed sliding glass doors covered with scotch tape remnants , you're greeted with a rather empty lobby with a few chairs and no appeal. The two women running the desk were plesant but one was terrified of dogs in what was presented to us online as a"dog friendly"hotel. She told us her manager would be mad at her because of them.
Our room was dirty. We had to ask them to vacuum the stained carpet in our room after picking up trash on the floor. The bedspread was also stained. One had the sense of filth.
We stayed because my husband has back issues and after traveling for 9 hours, needed to rest.
We also noticed the smoke detector lacked a battery and the hallway was not clean or recently vacuumed. The end of the hallway had a hole in the wall and our air conditioner sounded like a washing machine. The coke machine next to the ice maker had a couple of bottles of fruit punch and bottled water, but no soft drinks.Perhaps this is a poor side of town.
No families appeared to stay here, just men roaming about the premises. It really lacked a sense of safely.

Something is wrong in management here. There was some sort of party going on. The desk person had to ask someone else which room was clean, and when I opened the door clothes were all over the floor. When I reported that the room was not clean, they could not tell me if they had another room that was clean! Another family warned us away as they also weren’t going to stay.

I didn’t sleep there , had 2 rooms reserved …. When I tried to check in , they didn’t have rooms available …. But I was charged for the rooms and having trouble getting my money Back…. I had to drive another hour and sleep somewhere else

Being a Red Roof I wasn’t expecting a five-star experience. However this hotel even fell short of my low expectations. The front desk clerk was unfamiliar with the reservation system, the grounds of the hotel was covered with trash, the hallway to my room was dirty, they advertised a free breakfast which was not available. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely filthy. Granted they’ve been doing renovations, but that’s been going on for over a year. The lobby reeked of marijuana, the clerk was extremely rude. She gave us our room keys which didn’t work. I went back to have the key reprogrammed, returned to the room, and someone was already in the room. There were room trash cans (with trash in them) lining the hallways outside each room on the floor, and the elevator walls were smeared with god knows what. It was so bad that we actually ate the cost of the room and booked at another location.

The room was spacious and clean and housekeeping was good about bringing towels and incidentals. The last night we were there, it rained and the ceiling leaked a good amount. We were on the second floor of a three-story building. There was no breakfast as advertised and when I went to checkout, there was no one at the desk (I waited several minutes and called for someone several times.) I wound up having to give my key to the housekeeper in the laundry room and leaving a note at the front desk.

Close to highway but super noisy. This place is not recommended for families as you will see lot of folks drinking outside the hotel and in the parking lot. Loud cars running from parking lot late night, noisy hallway and people making out in the hallway. Breakfast was not available and neither did the place had any coffee to go. We barely stayed here overnight and rushed out early morning as nobody was comfortable staying here. Families should definitely avoid this place

This property advertised free breakfast but it was not available, not even coffee. Card keys were not available (?) so I was given the master key to unlock my room. However I had to return master key back to front desk while leaving my room door wide open and exposed to possible theft.

Worst experience at this hotel. I have selected this hotel as breakfast is included. But at the hotel they put a notice saying ‘no breakfast’. I stayed there with my parents(senior citizens) but no breakfast was not acceptable.
Hotel rooms stinks and staffs were not friendly. Even though i had reservations through orbitz, they initially said no rooms available but later managed to give a stinky room with dirty bedsheets, no toiletries.

The bed was comfortable. But nothing was done to the room other than making the bed. The floors were dirty, toilet has cigarette burns. The towels have butt wipe stains. The A/C and bed were great. Im former military, so I am not afraid of germs and sleeping in bad conditions. THE ONLY reason why I am leaving a neg review is because this hotel has high rating which is deceiving. I hate to leave a neg review. But people need understand this place is very dirty. I didn't see bed bugs which really surprised me. The hotel lobby carpets look new but there is trash everywhere. No vacuum I guess. Inside the elevator, there is graffiti. Not a good sign when you first go to your room. I do not want to post images. I've stayed in very bad hotels. Hotels that didn't even change the sheets. This was definitely the worst I have stayed in. I do believe they changed the sheets, but that was it. Hair in the sink... This place is pretty bad. There are may other things I can say, but rather not. But like I wrote, if you want a cheap place to crash and you have your own linens and cleaning supplies, it can work for you. I did sleep well. I think if they would make repairs and clean the room, this would be a decent place to stay.

Well located just off I-20. Since I prepaid, my room key was ready when I arrived, which was convenient. This was my first stay in a Red Roof Inn. Breakfast was supposed to be included but they had an issue with receiving their supplies, so, not even coffee in the reception area. (or the room). Happily, there's a Wendy's only steps away. All in all, it was tidy and comfortable for a one night stay, and easy to get on and off of the interstate.

When we got to the red roof Inn wayward original he put in 306. We flush the toilet and the whole floor flood so they put us in room 229. Once we got to 229. We were in there for about an hour and had the AC on and we noticed that the AC was not working those two rooms were double beds. They ran out of double bids and told us that we had to get a king size bed so we moved one more time three times in one day and then when we got to room 102 my kids had to sleep on the floor and the girl, the manager of this facility. Overcharged us for all three nights we stayed she only gave me 10$ back in cash when she took 60$ 20$ from each room I stayed in I will never stay here again all around this hotel were people smoking drugs and I had teen boys with me so we left and will not return I also had to ask them for clean sheets, because there is nasty hairs all in the bed. I do have photos and proof of all of this.

This place was a disaster from the time we checked in to the time we left. Had I not booked and paid for it on the road to Vicksburg, I would have walked away and found somewhere else.
The first room the put is in had a shattered (not broken..SHATTERED) window leading to the outside. I requested a different room and subsequently learned the room #2 had ZERO hot water (after unpacking and settling in), Moved again to room #3 and had no working telephone (safety concern) and no remote for the television, which was an inconvenience and just plain annoying. The smell of smoke was ridiculous for being a non smoking hotel. We begrudgingly stayed through the night but were out at 5am. It was too late when we checked in for me not to waste my money and time on this place but it's not too late for anyone else to save themselves the aggravation. It was HORRIBLE!!.

Disliked: Rude Staff; Gave away the room I reserved and gave us a horrible room that looked like rats ate on the furniture, During the evening it rained and the rain came in through the ceiling (we were on the 1st floor) and through the air conditioner and we had 2 inches of water in the room. We were moved to a room on the 2nd floor and the mattress felt like it had malignant tumors throughout it.
