Stayed with our dog and large boat in vehicle. Lots of parking that fit boat right outside our door. Close to a lot of food options and a mall. Clean room. Good service. Nothing fancy but all that we needed.

These Guys go out of the way to do whatever to make their guests happy. Very happy with the front desk. We were upgraded for free at no extra charge. That was unexpected but it was very generous. Thank you again

Horrible shower and hot/cold temperature not adjustable. Even after a visit from maintenance, we could not adjust the water temp to our preferred temp. The WiFi password given to us did not work, so no WiFi. I would Not stay there again.

Check in was fine and the staff were pleasant. The room was at the front of the motel closest to the highway so it was very noisy. I had requested a quiet room. They said they couldn’t change it as the motel was booked out. The room looked recently renovated but the vinyl planks on the floor were filthy.and greasy feeling. The soles of our feet were black so we had to have shoes on the whole time. The architrave around the door was broken so we couldn’t use the 2nd lock. The bed, however was quite comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

This is a convenient location right off the highway. There are several food outlets walking distance. We enjoyed the breakfast included. Service could be improved upon. I asked for an iron and a bucket (the pipe below the sink was leaking). I got the iron 24 hours later despite several reminders and no bucket was provided. The room was clean.

I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to my friends! Staff were very polite and friendly! Our room was very clean! Breakfast was good as tge usual dry cereals, yogurt, but fresh scrambled eggs and sausage!

Wet towels in rooms … front desk responded by saying not wet just a little soggy… clearly photo shopped pictures not what was advertised and was given different rooms then was booked…. Charged $260 per night for the grosses rooms I’ve ever stayed in

The property is not in good condition, as our door frame and shower were broken. The room was also not clean, with stained sheets. We confirmed the timing of the turn down service and still came back to find our room was not cleaned. The breakfast was also very lacking. The front desk service staff were responsive to our concerns which was nice. There are also plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. However, for the price we paid per night, we didn't receive the value.

The photos and the property don’t quite match. I booked a deluxe suite, I really can’t see anything deluxe about the room. It’s smaller than the normal hotel room. Breakfast wasn’t good either.

We have stayed in over 100 hotels. This one was by far the worst one yet. The towels were soaking wet it was like someone used them and just hung them back up. I told the front desk all he says is “ok” I didn’t even shower there the room was so gross. the ground was dirty we had to wear shoes at all times: the door had obviously been kicked in at some point as is was all busted around the lock and didn’t lock properly. The drain in the shower and the sink did not drain. They both were almost full to the top by the time you finished showering and brushing your teeth. The heater / air conditioner was so beat up we didn’t even want to turn it on. The toilet didn’t flush properly had to flush it 2-3 times to empty it. The walls had marks on them like food / dirty hand prints ect.

We booked this hotel in Hinton on short notice due to proximity to Jasper. This hotel was one of the worst I've stayed at and would NOT recommend. The room itself was decent for cleanliness, however the entire property was in disrepair, dirty, and felt unsafe. For example, the whole outside was dirty and looked almost abondoned. The ice room area was disgusting. The peep hole on the room door was stuffed with a napkin. The secure door lock was hooked to a broken piece of door trim which served no purpose. We could not leave this hotel quick enough. This hotel was an embarrassment to the entire brand and I would not stay at another Baymont as a result. Stay far away!!!

The room smelled like industrial cleaner. The shower valve was falling apart. The sink was stopped up. The safty latch on the door was attached to the door casing whinh had been ripped off the wall and put back but not securely. And I am pretty sure. Sure there is prostitution going on in some of the rooms..For the price I believe I was ripped off and I will never stay in another Baymont Inn.
