Very nice staff, room comfortable and clean.

The room was very spacious and clean no smell. Beds were very comfortable not noisy after 10pm

not much except decor is a little dated and needs some sprucing up.

Just not a good experience

Got there and no TV the room carpet was filthy bed was small for 2. Just not a good experience at all. Would not recommend them to anybody. Ran a figure alone the window ceil and it left a mark. Fingers print on the wall.

Very good pleasant helpful woman at front desk.

It was an old hotel where public areas have not been updated in ages so very fun to see. The room on the other hand has been updated- extremely clean and a most comfortable bed. So yes I would stay there again even with stairs to the second floor.

Disappointed about the room and smell

It was economical and did have features that made it better. Didn't charge $10.00 for the cot, wifi, and cable, card lock doors to the suite, and for the suite. Portable AC, a little too noisy but great. Shaw cable TV, which I do not watch TV.

The carpets were disgusting, and the place smelled like rotting fish. When we got back from Jasper the first night, they did spray the hallway with a deodorant, but that stunk. My daughter refused to sleep in the bed, because when I pulled the covers down, there was a huge hair in the bed.. also, when we got back from Jasper the first night; there was a bar located there. A drunk guy was relieving himself out on the parking lot exposing himself. It is absolutely inappropriate for my 12 year old daughter. I tried calling several times; hours prior, on Saturday, May 20th, to contact the Hotel to let them know that we would be arriving a couple hours early but the message machine kept looping and repeating itself. When we got there, I explained the situation to the man at the counter; Raymond, and he just looked at the phone and never explained to me why he never answered it. Raymond couldn't find my check-in form and then wanted to charge me extra for the cot. The owner emailed me and explained that the cot was free of charge. Luckily, I had the email he sent me to confirm it was free. Thank you for that owner. All electrical receptacles were occupied and had to disconnect the microwave so I could charge our phones and disconnect the coffee maker so I had enough room to plug in the charge because there wasn't enough room and disconnect the bedside light so I could plug in my laptop at night. I feel the owner is trying to make an effort, but I would not return to the hotel due to these issues.

Staff was amazing. Very pleasant.

Bathroom door didn't fully shut so the smoke alarm would go off from the steam of the shower .. tub was angled funny.

rooms are not sound proof. I can basically hear people walking talking, slamming doors. I didnt sleep at all. The sound of flushing toilet from other room was too loud. It was already late but people still ktalking and slamming door. I had a terrible night and headache in the morning. facility is clean and big which I really like plus friendly staff. When I saw the room I thought ‘ finally a room that is cozy and comfortable but at midnight was a disaster for me. Not sure if coming back.

Anything. Especially the smoke smell was so strong in my room. Using the washroom and shower room was uncomfortable. Also, I told the staff to change another room because the smell if smoke was strong but they didn't.

No phone..Paint peeling off walls..no plug to take a bath..one picture on the wall??? absolute dump..Cant believe booking.com would even advertise this place..we were told the was a restaurant ...No..absolutely will not use booking.com ever again!!!!!

Great staff. Terrible bed and sleep

Staff was great checking us in . Very friendly.

The bed was terrible. You sunk into the middle and they only gave you one pillow per person and it was super super soft . Didn't even feel like you had a pillow

Disappointing

NO HEAT WHEN IT GOT COLD... THE BAR NOISE STARTED AT 11;00 AM... YOU NEEDED EAR PLUGS TO SLEEP.... I CAN GO ON WITH OTHER ISSUES....

A very pleasant stay, spacious clean room with handy table & chairs. Felt at home. Handy box stores.

Location was good the room was very spacious. Appreciated the table & chairs to journal, read maps & eat at. Again really liked how big the room was.
