The room was fine. Found biscuit crumbs under my pillow and on the floor when i arrived. The room add said DELUXE but other than having a toilet and shower there was nothing deluxe about it. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were lovely. The only downside was the location.

I paid for a doble room with balcony for two days. Arrived at 10am and asked for an early check in since I had to be working all day so I didn't have to bring all my important things (laptop, etc.) with me all day, but the girl at reception didn't even ask anyone or checked if the room was already available. That's ok but... When I got back to the hotel at night, another receptionist told me they had made a mistake and I no longer had a room with balcony but a regular room for the first night (which is cheaper than what I paid for). They didn't offer a refund or anything, just the option of changing rooms in the morning. Next morning, before leaving for work for the day, I went to reception to change the room. The girl (same as the day before) told me that she didn't know if the room was available and that I could leave my luggage again at reception and check again at night when I got back. I asked her to at least spend two minutes of her time to check if the room was empty, after all she made the mistake of giving my room to someone else. She did with a bit of bad manners after I insisted. It took her literally 2 minutes. She came back and slapped my room key at the front desk where I was waiting, without saying anything else and going back to her own things. I understand people can make mistakes, but at least treat your client better when you make a big mistake like this. Also, they never offered me a refund. Hotel is ok but shame on how all this was managed.

Very friendly and helpful staff at check in, not so much at check out. The hotel is very well located, excellent access to public transport, many restaurants in waking distance. The room was very clean, functional and provided basic toiletries. It had no air conditioning, which is usually not necessary. During the recent heatwave the hotel provided a desk fan which allowed for sufficient cooling. Well stocked vending machines offer drinks and snacks in the lobby which is staffed 24/7. I would have liked to be informed about significant construction noise across the street before booking. The hotel is challenging for people relying on elevator service to their floor. Despite some of the shortcomings, the rates are competitive and I would try it once more.

Really good value in excellent location. My criteria was cost for a quick pit stop on route. It was excellent value and I was surprised how well they got the comfort and safety elements. Lovely shower, comfy single bed, storage, big window that opened for airflow. 20 minute pleasant walk from train station. Would use again even for a longer break

A nice hotel at walking distance to the city centre. Single room is all you need to drop your bags and walk all day. Breakfast is ok. I did notice the noise coming from the halls, and the light leaking from below the door, you might want to bring in a sleep mask. There is a lift, but you still need to walk some steps to get anywhere in the hotel.

Pay a little more and go for a better option. 1- I have to wait 30 minutes at reception to check in waiting the reception guy to finish his phone call. 2- I came back at 3 pm and they have not cleaned the room, when I complain they said you have to wait for tomorrow. 3- They have only one towel in the room.

The hotel is quite old. Renovation is indeed needed. It was a bit disgusting to see the rusting handles, bath's door and the yellowish sink and wall. Nevertheless, the cleanness of the room is ok. The reception is 24/7, so I didn't need to worry about the check-in time despite my train was late.Regarding the location, it is a 5-min walk to the closest U-bahn/S-bahn station, or 15-min walk to city centre. Walking to Hbf would be too far, but a short-distance ticket can cover the closest stop of the hotel.

Located a little out of the immediate centre but within 10-15 walk from there. Staff helpful and easy to communicate with.The condition mostly fine - bed and most of furnishings in good condition, even if walls had a bit dated feel. Bathroom was rather small, but clean and in good condition.Overall a solid place to stay and tends to be priced very competitively so can be a really good value for money.

The man at the desk upon check-in was not particularly hospitable or friendly, however the room itself was comfortable, albeit lacking air conditioning. There was lots of toilet roll and the bed sheets and towels were clean.Regarding the bathroom, the shower knobs were very stiff and it was a struggle to get the tap water at the sink to come out at a pleasant temperature - it was often burning hot when washing hands or lukewarm when wanting a cool drink.

The location was perfect with the city center just 5-10 Minutes away. Clean rooms with room service cleaning everything daily. Only negatives are the parking abilities and the out-dated rooms/decor.

Convenient central location but was way overpriced for what we got. We had a very small room and it smelt like cigarettes when we entered despite being a non smoking room. The staff were helpful with getting us a parking spot (for extra €10 fee) but the parking was two blocks away and a very tight squeeze. The staff were all lovely but the girl who served us when we arrived was on her phone FaceTiming a friend when I arrived which perhaps explained why nobody answered the hotel phone when I tried to call In advance to ask about parking.

When I checked in, the hotel assigned me a room which is not cleaned up yet. It scares me. The elevator is old style.Other than that, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is excellent.

It was close to our relatives and price was fine.One day we didt get the room serviced and no fresh towels were provided. Some of the fittings were in an awful state, clearly not properly maintained. One bathroom had a leaking tap, the other one had no hot water all the time. I think the management is not very good and the working conditions didnt look great. While I was searching for towels with the night staff I was visiting the rooms provided for the staffs break. Light switches broken, lights not working and general not nice at all.Wont stay there again.
