Perfect for our needs. WiFi was very slow, actually better with it off. Breakfast was typical for this category hotel. Service was great, given that we did not have our room serviced during our 3-day stay. Rate was very attractive for mini suite.

The hotel front person did a good job, no complaints. The hallways, elevator low end look and feel. Room was clean, good bed, bathroom low end but clean. The worst part of the stay was the "Pine Sol" smell.... i hate that smell. It is everywhere from the front desk throughout the hallways, elevator, and especially strong in the room. At thus point i don't think it is a clean, i think it is pesticide. Pine Sol will dissipate a little, this is really strong. Because of the smell i won't be back.

Check in person has a foul mood, we didn't cause it, don't like your job, get a new one, don't hurt the hotel business. You're the first contact. Room was ok, pillows are minature somethings. Fitness center is very small space, no free weights, treadmill, bike, cable machine.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed our stay. However, I did notice that the gym was quite small with only two machines, and during our stay, the pool ceiling was leaking due to the rain. Despite these issues, the hotel is affordable, nice, and clean. I would definitely recommend it!

Stayed at the Inn for about 3 days. The property is well kept and clean throughout. Staff is very laid back and the overall area in the town is very nice. There is a Krogers supermarket right around the corner. The rooms are nice and clean. The bathroom was a bit basic but can't conolain much as it was clean. I wanted to give 4.5 stars out of 5 because the breakfast was a little let down. Could have used more fruit as well as granola crumbs for the yogurt.outmeal was jusr the packaged instant outmeal packets and didnt see any toppings like raisins or cranberries. They have your basic eggs, sausages and a waffle maker. Overall its a great hotel to stay for the price and the area. Its close to Nashville where we spent most of our time and there are a number of good places to eat nearby.

The location was a plus due to being near Vanderbilt Health where my doctor is. The strong smell of pine oil in the room was overpowering and made my eyes burn. The sheer drapes made us uncomfortable after dark as anyone could see into our room and we had to ensure the room was dark before getting undressed for bed. I don't recall ever staying at any Comfort Inn where there were these types of drapes on the ground floor facing the parking lot where passerbys could look into your room through the sheer drapes and no solid color drapes to block the view.

The beds & pillow were phenomenal. The breakfast was amazing! The coffee was really good. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff could have been more engaging and friendly. Late at night staff was pretty non-existent.
