The check- in process to check- out to the pool staff to the prompt text service they had everyone was so friendly. We loved the room we stayed in. It was spacious and clean. Although not a huge dining option, throw area was booming with places to eat, places to go buy groceries, and everything else in between.

The resort is beautiful and up to standards, but we werent fully satisfied with certain things such as some of the staff and cleaning. We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and spent the whole last day at Disneyworld and came back to find our room not cleaned with no new towels. When bringing this up with the reception they said that the staff had tried cleaning on two separate occations but that we did not let them, which doesnt make any sense considering we were gone the whole day. We had also not put up any «do not disturb» signs. Another thing is that we were not informed of an additional resort fee when checking in and was told that the full deposit would be paid back when after check out. We brought up our dissatisfaction with the hotel the day after checkout (we checked out at 4am). We were told then that they couldnt do any reimbursements for our dissatisfactions since we were already checked out, despite bringing up the lack of cleaning with the staff the same day while still staying there. We were ultimately told by their costumer service to call some other number to talk to another guy about this. Additionally, the hotel also didnt offer any free shuttle to the parks or the airport, and we ended up spending alot of money on uber because of this. The hotel is more remote than we previously thought. Our stay was sadly dissapointing seeing as the hotel and facilities are super nice. Should have just stayed at the Rosen Inn the whole time and saved a bunch of money.

I️ was not happy with my stay but it was my husband’s birthday weekend so we decided to stay. There was no wifi and no cable the whole weekend. When we left on Sunday for check out was when the services were restored. We had a roach dead by our door and the tub was filthy. I️ was definitely less than pleased.

We had a place to stay alone for the first time since we lost our home due to the back to back hurricanes in Florida this summer. It was wonderful but I wish we could have enjoyed it more but the stress about money made it challenging..

This was a one night stay because we were going to Halloween Horror Nights. It was conveniently close to Universal, with a lot of places to eat nearby, and just the right space we needed. Enjoyed our balcony.

Check in was smooth. Front desk was great specially Lucas. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our car's battery died and we couldn't move our car and the staff on duty did their best to help us which we are very grateful for. We loved the hotel. rooms were beautiful and we had all that we needed.

The property is very nice, however, when we got into our room, a very strong smell of skunk weed. About 11 pm I requested to be changed from the room which they did promptly. The room that we obtain, the freezer wasn’t working and the ice cream that I bought went to waste. Other than that I enjoyed the pools.

We loved our stay! If i would change anything it would be the dining options. I would have liked to see more selection available earlier than 12. Maybe some breakfast options at the bar/grill OR a sit down restaurant on site. Roughly 13 years ago I stayed and was able to enjoy a massage. I did not see that option this time. An onsite spa would be perfect!

Loved the room for the cost. We had a full kitchen suite with a king bed. Everything was clean. Miss the shower door but that's being picky. We ended up walking back when the water park stopped their rides due to weather. It was a 1.4 mile walk but the kids did great. Pools are great as well. The "reservation required" for the shuttle is a joke. The shuttle stops at a lot of different hotels and they couldn't care less about our ticket/receipt. Get there early so you can get on - you might have to stand - but it's a short ride.

The actual resort was beautiful. We had insects and roaches entering our unit, called and was told something was going to be done. Nothing was done until we called again asked to talk with management and still no call back from management but maintenance did show up and try to fix the issues. Had to go to the front desk and demand to talk with management to let them know about the issue and the poor response time. I am a Hilton customer and very dissatisfied with the lack of response from this resort regarding this issue and a couple others.

We booked this property because it was close to Seaworld, the price was amazing and figured we were safe being it was a Hilton property. We were wrong, there is a reason for the low rates. Upon check in you go to one counter to pay for your room and get your keys and then you have to go to another counter "to get your parking pass" AKA get pressured into a timeshare sales pitch. When I declined multiple times the woman at the desk rolled her eyes and gave over the parking pass. The property itself is rundown and dirty, staff were nice but seemed unorganized. The room smelled musty and the decor was dated. The only restaurant on property is a pool bar with outdoor seating only serving burgers and appetizers. The convenience store/deli is open until 8pm only and serves the worst pizza money can buy but since you are out of options you order it and then immediately regret your decision. Houskeeping is non-existant and although they came in to get the trash they didn't clean the room, make the beds or refill coffee and creamer for the next morning. They do give you vouchers for two free coffees in the deli/market but after waiting in line for 30 minutes in the am we gave up and just headed to the park for the day. Do yourself a favor and skip this one, pay the extra $50 a night and stay at a real hotel with modern amenities.

it’s in a good central location when you’re in orlando. stayed for 3 nights and got housekeeping once, wasn’t able to get access to the front desk to ask them either when i used the phone. walls here are so thin, heard every casual conversation from our neighbors. pools are nice and hotel is clean with great staff when they’re accessible.

I did not like that there were many sirens from officers, fire trucks, and ambulances in the middle of the night I heard it all night every night from the road but the hotel cannot control that! Other than that the hotel itself was very safe and comforting I had no complaints and the staff was very nice.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everything was great. My only concern is tub in the bathroom. It is very high stepping into the tub and the inside was very slippery. Otherwise, the room was very spacious and comfortable.

The staff were incredible. The studio was nice and clean however, the bathroom need expansion I hope they add more lighting to the parking area. Please add more lighting to the bathroom.
