We loved our stay at your hotel! The staff was very kind and accommodating , the shuttle to Broadway was an extra bonus but we also walked home from the Preds game and felt safe! The managers special was great! The breakfast was amazing!! Lots of choices and fresh to order omelets! We will definitely recommend to friends and stay again when we return!

The breakfast was amazing (omelette station and fresh food) and the staff general great! The housekeeping was not consistent and we 2x in a 3 night stay had to get additional towels because our room wasn’t serviced even though we made sure there was no signs left on the door to request otherwise. It seemed if you were not out of your room at 9.30, you missed your service.

We had a 2 room suite. It was very nice & the bed was comfortable. We used valet, nice employees & fast service. We also used the shuttle service to go to Broadway. The driver, Matt, he is a local & very helpful on places to go. The shuttle service was also fast service. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel itself, as well as our room, was perfectly clean. However, the area directly outside the entrance was abysmal. It constantly smelled like cigarette smoke, there were cigarette butts all over, the couches where people might sit and wait for the shuttle had many burn holes, etc. Even the planters that housed the plants (which didn't look very attractive) were old and poorly maintained. Overall, standing in that front area was just very unpleasant. I would suggest making that area a NO SMOKING area. A good power washing and some new furniture and planters would do wonders for that area. One other issue I had was when I left a note asking housekeeping for two glasses to be left by the sink in the living room. When I returned to my room there were none. I called the front desk and the person said they would have housekeeping bring up a few. I explained that I was going to take a nap, and to please have the housekeeping staff leave the glasses outside the door. I hung my "Do Not Disturb" placard on the door handle. About 15 minutes later, just as I was falling asleep, someone began knocking very hard on the door saying, "HOUSEKEEPING." She continued and continued. She then used her phone on speaker to call the front and explain that I wasn't answering. She must've been told to just leave the glasses outside and at that point she left. What is the purpose of having a DND placard if the staff is going to pound on the door? It was very frustrating...

Easy access to downtown via bus or uber. Excellent Breakfast places nearby and a Starbucks within walking distance. Hotel was quiet even with the bars on Division St behind the hotel being busy on Friday and Saturday nights.

Neither tv was working properly. We reported immediately. There was no urgency to come and check it out from staff. Finally, after walking downstairs, someone came up and looked. We were able(on our own) to figure out how to semi work the tv in living area. However, the tv in bedroom never came on. He shrugged and said maybe it was the batteries. He never brought new batteries. After I was dismayed, we were offered free parking. We stayed for two nights. No one ever came and fixed the tv the following day either. It seemed as if no one cared at all.

We loved our stay! The complimentary appetizers and drinks were just what we needed after driving 8hours. Tony the shuttle driver is top notch! He gives tips on safety and area attractions—- I can’t say enough about his customer service skills. The shuttle takes you right down to the main strip in Nashville and picks you up! The complimentary breakfast was amazing! They offer an egg station where you can get fried eggs and omelets made to order ….the buffet offers scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, cold cereals and also oatmeal and grits… also a variety of muffins, bread and bagels along with juices, coffee and teas and milk.

Was really confusing because I thought I booked the embassy suite closer to downtown got out got all of our stuff out and they told me it was the wrong one which I feel I definitely clicked the correct photo but you guys send me to a different location if that is booked to plan around as well as deceiving as I book through Expedia

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff was super nice. Hotel was clean and very nice. Free breakfast everyday with an option for "eggs your way". Free cocktails everyday from 5pm to 6:30pm.

the a/c didn’t cool as much as we would have liked it to. the bathroom smelled like urine. we book embassy because of the consistent quality and this time it didn’t quite match up with past stays.
