A bit disappointing to be honest

The room was big and clean.

The shower took forever to get hot water from and then it was too hot, the toilet sounded like an airplane taking off when you flushed it, the bed was a bit soft, and the breakfast was not good at all (plastic utensils and plates and cold food).Not sure why it’s a Best Western Plus…they should take away the plus I think. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Enjoyable stay for a decent price.

It is in a great location. The room and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was solid. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The free massage chairs were nice.

Having to pay for parking on their property sucks. Parking should be included in the main price. The walls are pretty thin.

We had a great time

The room was spotless and modern. Bathroom was clean and recently updated. Good size fridge and a microwave. Housekeeping turned in my sister's purse immediately upon finding it when cleaning the room. She didn't even realize she had forgotten it. The front desk called and made arrangements to mail it to her. THANK YOU!!!

The bed was firm for me but I like a soft bed. No fault of the hotel but I didn't realize that music row is not near Broadway where the bars are. It is very walkable but it is a mile away from all the action.

Very nice

They should recognize drunk people when they come in the early morning hours. We had some people who woke us screaming and fighting . I had to open my door to say shut the F up three times…

Clean, convenient, and confortable hotel worth the price!

Close to many tourist attractions,but far enough away for safety and noise level. Parking was safe and easy to enter and exit.

I would have liked a van shuttle available as we were unfamiliar with the city and would have felt safer on our trip.

Very pleasant comfortable hotel, friendly helpful staff.

As with apparently all hotel accommodation in Nashville, we felt the hotel was very expensive compared to those we stayed in elsewhere on the trip.

Great value within walking distance of Downtown experiences

We loved having the ability to walk to Downtown to experience the music, food and crazy crowds.....without being in the middle of the noisy action. The breakfast is awesome with plenty of choices including freshly made omelets. Parking is much less than any other hotel. Altogether, a great value for a nice hotel in the thick of things in Nashville.

The one older lady making breakfast won’t make an omelette past 9:30 she also seems to not wanna be at work. Also they charge you for parking in the total you book the hotel.. when you get there they charge you another fee separately for parking seems like a way to get you for more money.

An excellent bargain, this hotel is our go-to when we have to overnight in Nashville.

Good location, easily accessible by car. Spacious, comfortable room. Good breakfast (love the omelet station). Very nice staff.

Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again when visiting Nashville in the future.

We were in town for a Hockey game and stayed barely 18 hours overnight. Everything was great: clean, comfortable, quiet room and everything we used worked as it should. Although since we did not even turn on the TV or the shower, I cannot really rate them. However, I feel confident that had here been any problem with those systems the Staff would have corrected the issues. The potatoes offered with breakfast were very tasty; surprisingly well seasoned in my opinion. Really appreciated the little safe in the room.

I cannot say that I didn't like the made-to-order omelet, as it was OK, but it did not seem to meet the amount of promotion surrounding its availability. The vegetable ingredients in the omelet were so sparse and finely chopped as to be almost nonexistent. For myself and my companions, we would have preferred a hardboiled egg or scrambled eggs along with the other self-serve breakfast items.
