The location of this hotel is great, very central and near lots of cafes and restaurants. Sadly the hotel wasn’t as great as I thought it would be after reading the reviews. Our family consisted of 1 adult and 2 children. We had booked a Superior King which came with an additional bed for my youngest. We arrived to no extra bed in the room, it was coming later in the evening. We only had 2 towels, 2 cups and 2 glasses not a room set up for 3 people. The room needed a bit of TLC, dents in the woodwork, the sink drained so slowly and the pressure from the shower was terrible. I expected more from the Marriott brand and the amount I had paid. Our view was out over the building work behind the hotel not a nice view. We were all looking forward to the breakfast as had read good things about it. But we were disappointed. The hot food was cold even the food that the chef had just brought out from the kitchen, you had to make your own waffles which wasn’t easy ours didn’t turn out very good so didn’t bother the next few mornings. The pancake mix was always empty and nobody around to change it. There were not enough staff, plates were piling up on our table and as a party of 3 most mornings we were sat at a table for 2 so was very cramped. We didn't spend much time in our room but it was good that the location was so central. A few things could be improved and it would make this hotel a fantastic place to stay.

Right in the middle of the Brussel Central, close to the metro, all exciting restaurants and beautiful, historic buildings!!! The room temperature could be regulated better since the air conditioner didn’t work well. The Rotisserie is wonderful. The breakfast has a lot of choices but could be better. The staff are superb!!! I highly recommend Brussel Marriott Hotel Grand Central as a place to stay for vacation!

Great concierge service and very safe and clean Hotel in the middle of everything. The room had excellent comfortable beds and linens and very nice bathrooms with great water, pressure and good air conditioning units that worked great.

Poorly equipped room. Only toiletry was hand soap. Bed literally titled to the left so you can’t sleel. Curtain came off at night (hanging on an angel). AC barely working. Set to 15c and room was warm. Tap water only beverage in room (nothing even for purchase) This is a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star.

We found a small square device taped on the wall across from where the bed was. We showed the device to staff at front desk but they didn’t know what it was. That made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe thinking what the device could be.

This hotel was fantastic and would return. Location is 10/10. Found breakfast buffet a bit pricey for what it was. Had better breakfasts in other hotels for a lot less cost. (But still good) Our only complaint would be a sewage smell present from the drains in the bathroom. Our first room was quite bad and they promptly moved us to another room. Still noticed it slightly in new room from time to time but not overbearing. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay here.

PERFECT location! Many restaurant options nearby. Easy to walk to main tourist sites. Parking available through hotel - a little difficult to find but worthwhile. Tip: park on the lower second level! I’d stay here again! Good value!

The hotel is centralized in a wonderful area of Brussels. The staff at the hotel could not be more professional, accommodating and kind. The concierge service was impeccable and top notch. They assisted us numerous times with all travel opportunities since we had to visit other towns that are not as popular.

The biggest browny points go to the staff. They made our entry, stay and exit as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Kudos to the team, I think they really enjoy what they do. Oh, and I was shown the La Marzocco coffee machine and chatted to the barsita - me being a huge fan of espresso, I appreciated it

Listing on expedia does not match what we got in hotel room. Several items are missing even after confirming with front desk that this is the room booked. Things missing include daybed, bidet, desk. Even though quality room is fine, i paid extra for three person room and seems i only got a standard, feel cheated honestly. Especially it being a Mariott

I injured myself on the revolving door entering the hotel. The door just keeps spinning with force. My luggage got caught on the ledge. So the door kept smashing into me until I could yank out my suitcases. No one came to help. Just watch. A few guests saw and asked if I wanted to take their names and numbers and file a complaint. I didn’t bother. I told management. Nothing got done. I hope no one. Especially a child or elderly person isn’t seriously injured. It doesn’t work like that at other hotels. Also. The internet went down a few hours. Finally. When sitting outside on the patio with a friend they decided to take the chairs in at 9:15pm. I asked to let us continue sitting and was told that it’s. It possible. After taking away the chairs and tables the staff stood around and did nothing. Terrible service. I will never stay there again nor will I recommend. Over priced for what you get. 2 star hotel service.

Low water pressure in room on the sixth floor in the morning. Was not able to regulate the room temperature and the small window was fastened shut preventing ventilation. As a consequence the room was very uncomfortable.
