Great location. Safe Sablon area. Easy check in. Nice modern room interior. Nice bathroom. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to Central Station. Walking distance everywhere we wanted to go

This hotel is walking distance to important tourist sites in Brussels. It is especially across the NotreDam Sablon Church and Royal Palace. Also across Brussels restos and multiple chocolatiers. Walking distance from Brussels Central Station. The room is huge and very clean with great amenities. The staffs are top notch and friendly. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

I’ve got to say, this is one of the best and nicest hotels we have stayed in. Staff were friendly and wonderful, breakfast is well worth paying the extra for it was amazing; room was gorgeous, spacious, clean, modern, cosy, huge bed, cannot fault anything with it. It’s a 10 minute walk to Grand Place but there’s so much to see and do on the way. Do not hesitate to book here. Thanks for a fantastic stay, two days wasn’t long enough!!

Due to Flower Carpet, antique market and Viva Brussels overcrowded and noisy city surrounding. Interesting parkingsolution (narrow car elevator), but Mohammad and his collegue were very pleasant and helpful. Modern and beautiful room/bathinterior, but poor air conditioning.

The hotel is in a good location, quiet area, near shopping and dining. My initial room had mosquitos, so we moved to another room, which had a window facing a wall. Finally, moved to the third room, which was nice and comfortable. Registration staff was slow with check-in process and staff in general was inconsistent with following processes across the board. Definitely think staff at the hotel needs additional training. Out of all the NH hotels I’ve stayed in different cities/countries I had the most mediocre experience at this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location of Central Brussels. It is in very close proximity to most all of the science that you would want to see. The area is fairly congested with lots of cars and foot traffic, but that means you’re close to what’s happening I guess. The hotel staff was friendly enough, but not overly accommodating. The rooms were quite modern and decent size – especially by European standards. There are lots of cafés and restaurants around with plenty of shopping as well. I would definitely recommend.

This hotel was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet offered a big selection, even included mimosas. The location was fantastic- on a lively square with cafes and shopping. A good mix of locals and visitors. Easy walking to museums and other parks. I had a superior room that was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable!

I chose this hotel specifically because they advertised that they had valet and a private parking lot. I was alone and did not want to deal with finding parking or walking to a structure far away. When I arrived I was told their parking structure is under maintenance and they directed me to a parking structure that was an 11 minute walk away (they said 3 but that is not true at all). I commented to them that I chose their hotel specifically due to their advertisement of a private lot and they said “we do have a private lot, but it’s just under maintenance”. I noted that the message they sent to me from Expedia in prep for my check-in still advertised that they had a private lot. They should be honest in their offerings. This caused me stress that I did not want to deal with for my short stay.

Excellent service. The staff always have a very nice attitude. The location can’t be better, in the middle of the Sablon neighborhood .Walking distance to the Grand Place and also the Brussels Central Station. Breakfast is delicious and has a lot of options. If booking a suite know that they are in the front of the hotel and you hear street noise throughout the night. Rooms were great just the noise of the street was a bit loud
