We recently stayed at Coco La Palm Hotel and had an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The hotel has such a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that truly made it feel like a “home away from home.” The staff went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with plenty of room for our kids to spread out and relax. We loved the layout of the property—it was easy to navigate and had so many spots for the family to enjoy together. The pools were fantastic, offering both relaxation and a safe, shallow area for the kids to splash around. Plus, the beach access was perfect, with clean, soft sand and warm water. What really stood out to us was the warm, friendly service. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, treated us like family, and they were always willing to help with anything we needed. Coco La Palm also had great dining options, and we appreciated the kid-friendly menu choices. Overall, Coco La Palm is ideal for families seeking a relaxed, comfortable vacation spot that feels just like home. We’re already planning our next stay!

I spent a day and a half at coco la palm recently and had a great time, The per night price was very affordable and I would say you get more than your money's worth. Staff were helpful, the grounds were clean and the beach and pool areas were well maintained. The only thing that was a bit lacking were the food options from the onsite restaurant. Breakfast was solid but lunch and dinner were a bit underwhelming. That does not take away from my overall recommendation though. I would stay here again.

CocoLaPalm has been my go to for a few years now but this trip left much to be desired. The rooms aren’t being cleaned properly instead it looks like a surface clean is being done; mildew was all over the bathroom which could have been easily remedied with bleach! Same for the tile grout lines. We had to wear slippers because the floor wasn’t mopped properly. I opted not to have housekeeping for the 3 day stay because I don’t feel anything would have changed. The power kept surging making it difficult to charge our devices in both rooms, biting ants plagued my room so I had to request spray. The restaurant is too expensive for the quality and portion size not to mention the ten percent service charge which now became customary. The continental breakfast comes with the room however it consists of unripened fresh fruit and pastries none of which were to our liking so we ended up purchasing meals both on and off the property. Overall it’s a beautiful property and the location on the beach is great however there is room for improvement in many areas.

I love Coco Lapalm! I feel like I’m going to my second home! The staff are wonderful! Appreciated Steve and Dewayne on the beach missed Gibson this year hope he has a wonderful holiday! Loved our room we will request this room from now on because of my bad foot it was close to beach and restaurant! We will always return to this great place! can’t wait for next year!!

The property was bigger than I expected. The pool area was nice. Didn’t get a chance to go in the hot tub. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was delicious! I mostly enjoyed being on the beach! It was a good experience. Looking forward to returning soon

We booked two deluxe king rooms that supposedly have a patio. Instead we received one deluxe without a patio and a regular room with two queen size beds. I didn’t make a big deal of it because we were tired from traveling and they tried to make the rooms close. I also believe the price point is very similar. It’s a safe and affordable place to stay compared to others in the area and pretty much has everything you need. If they don’t, they will try their best to accommodate you. Overall, it’s fine and I definitely recommend it as a possible option for returning, visiting and/or local Jamaicans who want to spend a little beach time in Negril.

I quite enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly right from when we checked in, through to check-out. We arrived after the hurricane and only had a couple of ours with no water or ac but by the night, we were set. I did walk the 7 mile and I may be bias, but I feel like the beach is better there. Restaurant service was great until our last day where we waited and waites for breakdast until we decided not to waste our morning waiting. They do have different themes on most nights but we didnt really take advantage of that. In all, a lovely experience and I will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful property right at the ocean and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The only complaint I have is about the 2 ladies from check-in. They really weren't all that friendly and seemed annoyed. They work in the afternoon and/or evening. When we checked out in the morning, the lady there was a comletely different caliber. She was nice and competent. I know service in Jamaica is really a hit or miss. Some are pretty terrible and should not be working in the tourism industry while others are great. I also like the manager's cocktail hour on Mondays. What a great idea to get your guests to mingle. I would stay at this facility again.
