I booked a stay at Turning Leaf last minute, to come in for a concert. I chose it because it was definitely cheaper than decent hotels in the city, looked well equipped, and had very positive reviews. We were happy with our stay. Though not downtown, it was an easy drive down - and was close to area supermarkets, retail, etc. Parking was a cinch, and the unit was spacious and clean. There is a nice bed upstairs, and a futon downstairs. Everything was clean and functional. The good sized fridge was very useful. It was actually quieter than expected, being on North Division - however our windows didn't face the street. Communication with the hosts was clear, timely and friendly. I would definitely recommend Turning Leaf, and would stay here again.

it was convenient and pretty quiet. the air conditioner was kind of noisy.. i suppose that makes white noise but it was a bit like sleeping beside the dishwasher. The bedroom was upstairs so not good if you can't do staris. But all in all, pretty nice. They changed my room a day in advance and I had several emails so i got the room mixed up and couldn't get in but they got it straightened out

It was a great stay. I went to the gym in the evenings to sit in the hot tub and swim some laps in the pool. Everyone was respectful and friendly. Haveing the kitchen made preparing meal convenient since I dont like eating out. It was very cozy. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff!

I had a house fire and needed a place long term. The manager, Jerry, was super friendly, professional and helpful. The place was very clean and they allowed my cat for a very respectable fee. I find the whole suite super cute and well appointed. The free on-premise laundry is so extremely welcome! Love it! Every contact is amazingly responsive, friendly and accommodating. I really enjoy staying here.

This place is not clean. The couch bed was disgusting, making it impossible to.sleep the 3rd and 4th person. The bathroom is so small you can hardly turn around. The neighborhood did not look safe. .I would not recommend this to anyone.. .

We realized we did not know what unit we had as we arrived. Looking through all the emails I had received was a hassle, so I called and found out the unit number and passcode. The unit is a bit dated as far as furnishings go but overall, ok. The back burner on the stove didn't sit properly on the stove, so cooking on it was a bit of a challenge. The real issue was the shower. The water pressure in the shower blows the shower curtain all over the place. Keeping the shower curtain contained was VERY challenging. The 1st shower ended with the water getting cool. The last shower ended in a cold shower. Only had about 3 minutes of hot shower, and it turned cold. I was willing to give the unit a 4-star until the cold shower. Now I will not stay here again and would NOT recommend anyone staying here either.

Loved everything about this hotel, the room was clean, they had everything you would need for your trip. The customer service was great . Loved we were seperated from my kids but was still able to see them from our loft room. They had a full bottle shampoo/conditioner. We really really enjoyed our stay. They made our trip so easy, comfortable nd pleasant! I wish i would’ve taken pictures but after our tournaments we were so tired!

We were very impressed with this place, it was very clean and smelled fresh. It has everything you could think off, it feels like home. Easy access and plenty of parking. Also the manager was very helpful accommodating and quick to respond with a couple of questions that we had. We stay about 12-15 night on average in Spokane and this place has been the best so far in my opinion. Definitely will book again in the future!

This place is really nice, best for a couple and not a family. The only real downside is that there are several of the condos that are being lived in semi permanently, such as the one next-door to us, which had a dog that barked at all hours. Overall, a nice place!

Parking was perfect, off street and close to the unit. Turning Leaf Townhome Suites is centrally located, just off Division, and close to grocery, walmart, and strip malls. Dutch Bros coffee is simply across the street! The suite was comfortable.Designed for one or two occupants, any more would be crowded. No oven, but cooktop, microwave and fridge. I would recommend to travelers.

I was there for the weekend for an Old Timers Hockey Tournament and the location was 5 mins to the Eagle Ice Rink, so perfect for that. The room was comfortable, the kitchenette was great so I could prepare a light meal before the 7 and 8am games I had. The gym was outstanding. I used it the day I got there to loosen up my body before my first game then I went back after my second game and soaked in the hot tub and swam a lap or two to get the kinks out before game 3.

The place was cute and comfortable! I enjoyed all the little touches like the cookbook and jetted bathtub! The only downside was weak Internet… otherwise it was great!

Rooms are larger and have more amenities than a regular hotel. The townhomes are in a very walkable area with anything you could need within walking distance.

We did not like the furniture. The bed the couch with two chairs are very old and not in good shape.

Surprisingly quiet even though main thorough fare was fairly busy. Only thing I wish they had was a small night light for the bathroom. Very nice accommodations.

We enjoyed staying in these Townhomes. The towels and amenities are nice and the kitchenette was well stocked (scissors!) I do believe they put an extra effort to go above and beyond and provide a few extra supplies to give you the feel of a hotel but the size of an apartment. I saw in a few other reviews the pictures did not match the place, however for us it was exactly as advertised! We did not see/request Housekeeping, but kudos for them for finding and notifying us of a lost phone. Appreciate the integrity. Our truck was a bit big for the parking, but we still found a spot!

Very nice place, just need to make sure you get the maps and access codes properly before arriving as managers are not always there. Good telephone responses though and they are helpful.
