AMAZING STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. A VERY WARM WELCOME BY TAMMY AND HEATHER. I HAD TRANSFERRED TO THIS HOTEL FROM SISTER PROPERTY TOWNEPLACE WITH GREAT GM, RAUL. THE FAIRFIELD IS ALSO A GREAT LOCATION, VERY CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN. I MOSTLY APPRECIATED THE GREAT FRONT DESK STAFF, INCLUDING MEETING SEVEN AGAIN, AFTER MANY YEARS; AND OF COURSE STEVE. IT WAS AN HONOR TO MEET THE VERY KIND AND VERY HUMBLE OWNERS OF THE HOTEL; JAY AND TED WHO JUST HAPPENED TO BE THERE WHEN I WAS. THIS HOTEL AND HOTEL TOWNEPLACE ARE DEFINITELY PLACES I WILL STAY AT, WHENEVER I VISIT BEND OREGON.

This hotel is about .5 miles from downtown, so you can walk on the river walk the go to a pub or two without having to get a taxi/uber. There was many excellent options at breakfast! Bend itself is an awesome place to visit!

Nice hotel near downtown and the lake/park. Very friendly staff and the rooms were very nice. Would go back. Didn't have a chance to use the workout room or pool, but they have that!

Well maintained and updated property in a great location. Within walking distance to downtown shops and dining. Great pool and hot tub. The breakfast each morning was the best part! Lots of gluten-free options. Would highly recommend.

The free breakfast every day is great with lots of both hot and cold options and even a good selection of gluten free items too. The staff at this location are all kind, welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel like you're at home. Cooper at the desk in the evening is always smiling and gives a hearty welcome at check-in and the gal who works at the desk in the morning, I think her name is Katie? was a TOTAL lifesaver with some Tums for a early morning case of major heartburn. Customer service is definitely 5 stars all the way.

We liked the location as it is close to a market and gas station and it is an easy walk to historic downtown Bend, which features many different shops and many different restaurants to choose from. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Our only complaint would be that the towels, they are very rough and I'm sure that it would be expensive to change them out but then you'd have no reason to stay anywhere else.

Well first off this property is in walking distance I.E. less than a mile from several parks and Downtown Old Bend. Also easy access to Hwy 97 so getting to other places was not hard at all.

Easy access off freeway. Check in was easy and employee was very nice. Room was clean and quiet considering a train went by. Wasn’t that loud. Free parking for oversized vehicles. Fitness center is on smaller side but had decent equipment.

This was a superb property, definitely worth staying here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and safe. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. They have the best breakfasts of any I experienced on a 29 day road trip. There is a wide choice for eating and they serve farm fresh eggs, not powdered.

Town was pretty filled up and not many rooms available so they jacked the prices. Room was right along highway and ac was super loud, too. Breakfast was cut rate and disappointing with room price being over $400 a night.

Close to everything, less than a mile away from the actual downtown. It was a perfect location. Quiet and peaceful. Dog friendly too. Very please with my stay.
