Not worth the price.

Bed was comfortable. Room was big. Front desk associate was nice.

Room had bugs. Parking lot was coned off. Price was outrageous for what it was. Staff at restaurant was rude.

Wonderful stay right over the Deschutes River.

The room was very large. There was a balcony looking over the Deschutes River. The furniture was beautiful. It was basically a 1 bedroom apt without a kitchen

The main check-in and restaurant area was a bit of a walk outside along a parking lot. Would have been nice to have an option to walk inside. When I booked my stay there was nothing about a resort fee that was required. I did not count that into my budget

Nice, not great place to say

Room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. We were able to get a 1st floor unit which was very helpful to us

Staff seemed rushed. There were a lot of people checking in when we were - and the atmosphere was zooish. Pool area was mobbed, so we did not use it. No outside seating reservations available at restaurant.

Nice river stay

Beautiful place on the river. Great to have a balcony! Comfy bed.

The restaurant is high priced and trying to be too different. Would have paid the price for a normal decent steak and potatoes but didn't need the weird concoctions.

Will will come again!

We really enjoyed the layout and functionality of the bunk room for our family of six. It was a wonderful place to spend a weekend away.

Spring break fun

The rooms were very spacious and clean. It is very well set up and beautiful. The kids loved the pool and the bunkbeds.

I wish the rooms had a microwave and an easier route and access to the pool area.

Lovely property and great location

The room was spacious and had been recently updated. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The entryway looked a bit tired but it was clear that parts of the property were being updated so it is likely on the list to be redone.

Beautiful and relaxing stay in Bend

I truly loved the beauty of the property and its location on the Deschutes River. The property has many amenities that we loved such as the restaurant, pool and jacuzzi, bar, and restaurant. The staff there are very helpful and were able to give us great recommendations in the area. Lastly, it is conveniently located within 10 minutes from Downtown Bend.

Great location. Enjoyed my riverfront room.

Cigarette butts on the ground around my patio. Never could get the coffee maker to work even though it was replaced once. Found a spider under my pillow.

The hidden fees need to be clarified. If guests are expecting to pay a certain amount and there not expecting to pay an addition 100$. You could really screw your guests.

Nice area...

Took 3 hours on the first morning for maintenance to unclog the bathroom sink, and then later in the afternoon a stranger walked in with our room with a key that the desk gave them! They were apologetic, but uncomfortable when they walked in!

The Hôtel is very conveniently located in Bend OR right on the Deschutes River. How can you not enjoy eating breakfast/lunch/dinner on the outside deck listening to water cascading over the rocks!

The staff was very nice and extremely helpful regarding places to visit during our stay

Beautiful property on the Deschutes River.

Not enough staff at the restaurant or bar. Took 30 minutes took be served breakfast after we ordered. All I had was a yogurt bowl and coffee. Only 1 bar tender the entire day. He was very pleasant but took a long time to get a glass of wine.

A memorable retreat. Will return.

View of the river. Big enough for son to have a comfortable sofa bed to himself for no extra cost. Shuttle service to town. Exceptional food overlooking the river.

No elevators. Food is very expensive but worth it.
