Terrific location at the heart of everything you must experience in Napa.

Terrific location and a lovely pool/hot tub area.

Rooms need some updating and they need to activate that pool bar better, perhaps by dedicating more staff to poolside service.

I would stay again but would definitely shop other similar properties for price and overall value

clean comfortable rooms. convenient parking. great location. very quiet

pool and spa closed for maintenance. no prior disclosure of this yet a resort fee is charged. at a grand a night this seems bordline crooked. good coffee but otherwise poor “ continental “ breakfast. old packaged croissants that should have had a vintage date, after all this is Napa Valley, fruit cocktail was passable. again, if this was a motel, fine but this just feels like cutting corners for profit.

great beds, comfy outdoor spaces and pool area. Staff very helpful . endless noisy footsteps in unit above, dope smokers prevented using our patio, menu very limited. room could use renovation . priced as a high end luxury hotel but did not deliver.

Location to shops and restaurants. They were Easy to walk to. Housekeeping was wonderful with keeping room clean and stocked with water.

For this type of establishment the pool should be heated, better pool service.

Hotel was Very clean and service was exceptional! Hotel was in great area.

The service was exceptional! When I called for anything they were right there . I didn’t have to wait….very impressed! The food was great!

The room we stayed in 310 the TV was on wall that was Awkward to watch from sitting area and bed.

Tranquil retreat for locals and out of towners alike.

The pool setting is the main draw to hotel Yountville. Tranquil. The clientele is friendly and relaxed. The spa is also a highlight yet our third visit wasn’t as great as our first two visits. Our usual therapists wasn’t available so we tried our luck with someone new and it just wasn’t as great. However the spa did adjust their normal biz hours to accommodate us, top tier service!

The spa services were just okay for the value.

Location is great. Comfortable room.

Very inexperienced front desk. Lots of visible wear and tear around the hotel including the room. The prices are way too high given the level of service and condition of hotel. 5star costs for 3star service coming out of the pandemic.

Very good

Love the place, unfortunately we were given a room closest to the road so the traffic noise was not good starting at 5am in the morning. Prices are also quite steep.
