This hotel is no where close to a 5 star. Un friendly staff. You pay 90 Euro for a buffet only to notice that quite some stuff are done in first 45 min and being told that is over and cannot be remade.

Falsely advertised as a spa hotel but they have not built the spa facilities or the indoor pool yet. When we questioned this they took no responsibility and blamed Expedia. Garden areas are just dry patches of grass that have had little attention. Staff are all pretty junior and not able to deal with requests without referring to a manager. There were not enough sun loungers and not enough staff to clear empty glasses from the pool area and to re-set breakfast tables. There was a good variety of food and the decor of the hotel was pleasant but overall a disappointing experience for a “5 star” hotel.

As an Expedia customer I’ve come to expect little from VIP Upgrades. And the room allocated had no working aircon. I didn’t report until checkout . But . its supposed to be 5*. Aircon control was not even connected to electricity so could not have been fixed anyway. This was for the Deluxe Garden room.

A solid 4 star hotel, lacking those details to make it a 5 star. Pros: staff very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and area. Cons: breakfast/dinner: limited choice and food not replenished/left for too long. Some dishes served with wooden scissor tongs a joke… Spa not open yet and building work ongoing - strong varnish smell in lobby/restaurant area.

Let’s be clear this is not a five star hotel. The fair rating would be three stares. The hotel has spa facilities such as a pool and Jacuzzi et cetera, but the charges for the use of these. I get that hotel gas would pay extra for treatments, but it seems as though the pool and Jacuzzi is a money making a racket for the hotel to which they charge their guests by the hour to use it. I don’t give credit to the staff who tried their best and were friendly at all times.

My stay here was lovely, the food was amazing. My only issue with your hotel is that your rooms were a little bit dated. The room need to be refurbished just a tidy be then it would have been perfect.

Just an average stay - the hotel grounds and the lobby area are really good but the rooms let this hotel down. Our room was basic, we requested a double bed but had two singles put together. The bathroom looked like it was left unfinished - paint had come off around the bath area. Out of our 4 days stay we only had housekeeping make our room once. I wouldn't be staying here again

Best choice: locality, ambience, food, service, clean, good size pool ,toiletries and everything I'll give it a good score . Receptionist was helpful and kind at all time , cleaners come daily leaving your room spotless when I return I'll book there again take my advise I am very picky when it comes to choosing accomodation and this was s total sucess thanks for all your hospitality . Best choice: locality, ambience, food, service, clean, good size pool ,toiletries and everything Ill give it a good score . Receptionist was helpful and kind at all time , cleaners come daily leaving your room spotless when I return Ill book there again take my advise I am very picky when it comes to choosing accomodation and this was s total sucess thanks for all your hospitality . At best 4 star hotel , excellent reception staff . AC in the room could not be set to low or medium settings resulting in full cool blast through the night. Restaurant staff need training on how to talk to guests. We took the option of half board and at the restaurant the waiting staff member was outright rude when asked for extra glass of wine(with payment card in hand). If I have paid 500 USD for two nights I doubt I will have problem in paying 2 glasses of wine ! Is that difficult to understand ?

Nice place. Nice employees. Relaxing place. Silent rooms (compared to other hotels in Lloret.) nothing to mention in particular, except some maintenance to be done but .... everything was great. Food is really good. lot of choice, new main courses every day.

I am sorry to have booked this hotel; it is actually a 3* star hotel judging by the services and quality; the room was not welcoming, no carpet, bathroom smelling bad, water from the shower was spreading all over the bathroom, the view was nonexisting (a roof in front of the window); breakfast was very poor in quality, staff not help-full, very small pool mainly for kids. I advise you to avoid this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel as we were attending a wedding in Blanes. We were given a disable room incorrectly to start with so need to ask them to change our room. The hotel is a bit dated but it's clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The pool is normally quite busy with quite a lots of kids around but we enjoyed the happy hour hot dog and ice cream. Also liked the orange juice at breakfast as it's not as much as water in as some other hotel. The area is quite away from the bars so it's good if you like a quieter area. We are happy with our stay overall.

This is not a 5* hotel. Everything is okay....but not brilliant. The WiFi is awful and doesn’t work, the room was very small and had very basic facilities (no tea/coffee making facilities, no iron, no complimentary water) and breakfast was average. Wouldn’t recommend for the price.

It was a lovely hotel in a good location with very friendly staff, but there was a couple of minor issues such as the safe not working and rooms not always being cleaned every day, as if you happened to be in the room when the cleaners were meant to come in they would not return later

Arrived late and although bar was open was unable to get a hot drink - no tea/coffee facilities in room. Air conditioning was not working and workmen spent 2 days working outside our room noisy and leaving a mess. Definitely not a 5 star !
