très bon séjour

rien à dire c est la 3ème fois que nous passons un séjour à lloret,,et c est très bien.

par contre aucun entretien des moquettes dans le hall des couloirs les jeux de golf pour enfants fortement dégradé et même dangereux (ferraille qui dépasse). les chambres sont très bien mais auraient bien besoin d un coup de peinture

Aufenthalt auf der Durchreise

Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel aufgrund der Lage und des Pools sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr höflich, nett und Hilfsbereit. Da wir bereits vor dem öffnen des Frühstücksbuffet abgereist sind konnten wir dies nicht testen es wurde uns jedoch ein Lunchpaket angeboten und zur Abreise vorbereitet. Kommen gerne wieder.

Nachts war es im Haus durch ein paar etwas jüngere Gäste, lauter.

Piège à touristes

Rien.

Pour trouver notre chambre il nous a fallu .. ébréchée à plusieurs endroits,le WC idem,notre vue donnait sur un autre immeuble. Le téléphone pour appeler la réception ne fonctionnait pas. Pour le repas du soir nous étions un monde inouï. Au départ à l'entrée de la salle à manger la réceptionniste ne nous trouvait pas avec la carte de notre chambre c'était dû à une erreur de leur part. Le lendemain matin pour le petit déjeuner plus d'une centaine de personnes à se jeter sur les plats . Nous avons décider donc de partir un jour avant. Nous demandions le remboursement de la deuxième nuitée que nous n'avons pas effectué. C'est établissement est un piège à touristes. C'est une honte de l'avoir classifié de 4 étoiles. Tout juste digne d'un deux étoiles français.

Overpriced for Lloret de Mar, Rude unhelpful staff. Awful breakfast. Find somewhere else.

Pool and outside area.

Wi-Fi did not work. Breakfast was awful. Tennis courts might as well not been there as there was no tennis programs and extortionate rates to hire.

The hotel is in a great location. Car parking is good. Breakfast was OK. The cleanliness of the room is OK. The pool is great.The balcony is big.There are many restaurants and shops nearby

I think that a 4-star hotel where you spend the summer should still have a small refrigerator in the room. The description says that every room has a view of the sea, but that is not true. The hotel faces the side and all the rooms see only a small part of the sea. For me, that is not a view of the sea if I sit and look at the street or the neighboring building.

the staff members where very nice and informative , close to the beach, great breakfast , parking on site , the day of check out they let me keep my car until late that day at no charge , very nice grounds , pool , I will definitely go back there again !

Good location.

The 4 stars Hotel is closer to a 2 stars one, stayed 9 nights there and the bed sheets were never changed. The car park is small and you're lucky if you get one space even though they advertise as if they have enough spaces. The WiFi is not free on the public spaces, and any facilities you can think of needs to be paid. The rooms don't have fridges but you can rent a minibar for 5€ per day. Overall a very expensive 2 stars accommodation.

Disappointing

The only good thing was the location. A four star hotel feeling like two stars hotel, that probably had its glory days in the early 2000.

The breakfast was really poor of quality. Small room , just and old feeling over the whole hotel complex. The mini golf was just terrible!!!

Very old and poor maintained facility, smelly, but great location and access to awesome beach.

Easy access to the beach and beach was not too crowded. They had paid parking.

When we arrived, we got the last parking spot so beware that you may need to find street parking which is a big hustle. Facilities were very very old and reception area smelled like sewer. It is a really old, poor maintained facility.

Never again, a big mistake.

there was a good choice of food, but the quality was very poor. The pool looked nice but boring like a 25 m b ath.

As soon as we entered the building to the reception there was a horrible sewer tench. It lasted all day and we left 1 day later. Th evening entertainment was tango dans, it was extremely noisy up to the second floor, we stayed first floor and could not sleep till 11 pm, so we wanted to turn ion the tv to muffle the stamping sounds, the TV did not work and `I had to go down to the smelly reception to arrange a new remote control.

It was good and bad at the same time .

The location was perfect and the swimming pool was huge and there is always something to do there , which is great :)

The problem is the room that .When I tried to open the door to the room ,I couldn’t open it because it was so close to the floor and same with the bathroom and it was pushing against the floor .Therefore ,the bed had a hole inside the sheets ,which was not great and the air condition was not great either.As well as this , the breakfast was not as great as I wanted it to be because there was not enough option .

Amazing.

Family friendly, great choice of food in the restaurant. Excellent views and offer for the small ones (swimming pool and mini golf) and also dog friendly. We had an amazing time, and the staff was exceptionally kind.

I really do not have any complaints: all was great from our side. Maybe some tables on the open air would be wondeful so breakfast could be taken in open air. Aside from that nothing.
